Description of Work: Lilly and company did exactly as expected. I live in a high rise and the HOA is a real stickler for paperwork etc of contractors. Lilly had all her stuff in order. I have used her several times since first finding her on Angie's list and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: The first time they came was in February 14th. They were 1 1/2 hours late. I understand "car trouble" but I had to call Lilly to find out why they were late. No one phoned me. They did an excellent job when they finally got here. The second time they were 2 hours late. Lilly had "double booked" and forgot about me. They finally came at 11:30 am - 2 1/2 hours late. They did not do a good job on the floors. I will not hire them again nor will I recommend them.
