The handyman was punctual, presentable and immediately set to work. The work was performed extremely well and in good time.

This is the 2nd time I have called this company and I would definatly use them over and over again.The owner sent Pete,he is just awesome and knew exsactly what needed to be done.Pete is so professional and I also spoke to him of other projects such as painting and repairs from nicks in my walls from other handy men's work moving funicher.I am afraid of highets and was affaid to hang mirrors on oppisite side of stairs.Pete had the solution w/ his ladder and a cider block under the ladder,wish I thought of that.He was a perfectionist putting them up in the various order I had laid them out on my living room floor.I know I will probably have Pete back to do my tile work in my 2 other baths and laundry rooms.I got this company because my other handyman is moving on and I needed a back up plan for the work I feel that needs to be done in my home.The schudling was quick and Pete was here in such a timely manner within days.The Owner gets back w/ me right away and calls me back,easy to deal with.Thanks You for being professional and getting back w/ me.I will always use you guys...

Everything went very well. Chris arrived on time as stated. Went right to work and continued to work. No problems at all.

They did a great job. They came back to make sure the inspection went well when the inspector came out. They did a very nice job.

nt Service person was very prompt. He wore foot coverings and clearly understood the problem and did a complete check. His recommendation came with explanation and the price was reasonable. The repair was complete within 2 hours which included a visit to the store for the fitting which was exactly like the one 1 wanted. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. This company also does many other things than plumbing and I will certainly use them again

Everything went as good as or better than expected. Senior Craftsman, Larry Brandenburg, completed all tasks in a professional manner. Feel free ask for Larry if you decide to use the services of this company; I recommend him without reservations. Total elapsed time for the overall job as listed above was about 6.0 hours. No problems have developed with any of the work performed after the fact either. I am still a "happy camper". I have used Handyman Las Vegas many times (6 +) in the past and have without exception always been a satisfied customer. They will most likely be receiving another call from me later in the Spring of 2012 for additional work. Handyman Las Vegas is still the "only company" that I know of that follows up on each and every job in writing: "Thank You Card" and feedback in the form of a brief questionnaire. They do seem to care about and take an active interest in their customers to ensure that quality work is consistently performed - a rarity nowadays.

We found him through Angie's List. We were very pleased. He ran into a problem with the faucet and took a lot longer than he had expected, but I do remember my husband saying the work was very well done. The quality of work was excellent. We felt the price was fair. We just moved into this house, and my husband is not able to do heavy work anymore because of his age, so he moved a refrigerator from the garage into the kitchen through a narrow kitchen door, taking off the refrigerator doors. He was going to put up a fan in the living room, but it turned out that our fan was too heavy for the brackets in the ceiling, so he was not able to do that. Also, he was going to put up some sunshades in the back, but there is no way that could have been done either, so there were couple of things that he was not able to do, but the big things in the kitchen including the sink and faucet, the waterline and the refrigerator were really important to us, so we were very pleased to get those done. He was right on time, within 5 minutes. I would definitely use them again in the future.

He did a good job. I will use him again if I need work done. His price was fair.

Carpenter Chris had previously installed vanity doors and replaced one other patio cover support prior to the bowed support being discovered. Once again he did a superb job quickly, efficiently and leaving everything in perfect order.

It went perfect. No trouble whatsoever. Arrived on time. Assessed what was needed to complete the job, measurements, etc., purchased items needed. Job well done. Shawn was very neat with his work and did a fantastic job. Will definitely call on Pro-Hanyman when another job is needed.

First off, I purchased the paint for this project. Sean showed up right on time and got right to work, He did a nice job..but I had already taken the medicine chest out outlet covers off. He was done shortly after noon. Yes, I agreed to the price...but $600.00 seemed excessive.

All of the repairs have been done professionally. it is a pleasure to work with Mike and his staff.

They are really nice and they are very good. They have done a lot for me. They are very prompt. They are very helpful, they go above and beyond.

Pete was punctual, professional, completed the work neatly and timely and cleaned up the area before leaving. But the best thing was the final cost came in under the etimate!

He has come out four times to do different handyman jobs. His pricing is good and he is on time. He behaves professionally. He cleaned it out when water was dripping from the faucet while installing it and didn't just stall around. He is an excellent handyman.

It was the first time I used him. The job that he did was okay. I think the price was very high. He fixed something and it wasn’t fixed, so he came back. He had to come back three times to fix it. He was very nice about coming back. I think he was overpriced. He wouldn’t give me a quote on the phone. It was something as simple as installing a faucet but he wouldn’t give me an estimate and he had to come. I had like five different things that I wanted done. I didn’t get a cost on each thing that he did. For all five things he said it was $298. He installed the faucet and then he said the waterline or something broke and I had to pay for the part and then the part leaked. He had to come back three times. I would not use him again in the future.

They came in and installed a toilet seat. I am handicapped and so, I needed somebody to install it. They also worked on a light switch that was inoperable. The first job that they did was fine and then I asked them for an estimate for doing some painting. They gave me an estimate and their estimate was higher than what I had expected but they promised a couple of things. I have a thirty two years old parrot. I had to move the parrot out while they were doing the painting and leave the parrot out for a week following the smell of the painting. They told me that they could do the job in one day. I called their owner and asked him if they were sure that they could do it in one day because I have got to move my significant other, a thirty two years old parrot out for a week. They said that they would do it on a Friday. It was about thirty hours of labor. They said that if they could not complete it on Friday then they have to do it on Saturday and that I did not want it to be extended it to Monday. The owner told me that they could do it in one day which meant that they would be there for a long time. The estimate was overpriced and I knew that it was overpriced as I knew what a painter costs. It is based on a square foot. I knew that it was overpriced and I had no problem in paying the price as long as it was done in one day. The painter showed up and after eight hours he said that they were leaving. I asked them to wait and told them that I went over this with the owner and told them what the owner had said to me. I told them that they could not leave and asked them to stay. There were two painters and they had done sixteen hours worth of work. They were twelve or fourteen hours short of completing the job which meant four more hours for each painter. They left. They did not come in on Monday. One painter came in on Tuesday and the other painter came in on Wednesday. They presented me with a bill that was thirty five percent over what the estimate was. They spent a total of thirty hours and it worked out to be over $50 an hour for each painter. They waited for so long and because they did not do it on one day, all of the tape that they used to tape things off they did not make sure that it was firmed down the second time that they did the second coat of painting. It took them two coats of painting and I provided them with the paint. The second coat ran really bad and it was the worst paint job. I could have done a better job being a handicapped than what they did. I called the owner and I said that it was absolutely horrendous and that a third grader could do a better job of painting. These people had five star ratings on Angie's List. I don't know if they are getting their friends to up the rating or how it is working. The bottom line is that I was ripped off. He sent another painter in to correct the mistakes. I have a maple staircase and there is red paint all over the maple staircase. I have thirty pictures of a horrendous job where they did not even use paint. They have painted where they should have used some tape on uneven lines. I still have a very bad job. I paid them in full. It is the worst paint job that I have ever seen in anybody's house in my life. I paid them just to get rid of them. I have enough money as money is not an issue but I like to get my money's worth. I am not somebody that would throw away money. I would not recommend them to anyone. I don't know how Angie's List works but that was my first experience with Angie's List and I am totally dissatisfied. Las Vegas is famous for hit and run workmen who are basically subpar. I was hoping that by getting on Angie's List I could get away from that but to be fully honest it turned me off from Angie’s List. It was my first experience with Angie's List and it was absolutely horrible. I went with them because they had five star ratings. I don't know if somebody is insulating their rating, whether or not they are having their relatives join Angie's List or what is going on. I am totally dissatisfied. The paint that they put down is horrible. So, I have to have somebody come in and fix it or maybe even repaint the whole area that they did. I would not even give them a grade. If this was a school then I would not even let him into the school to flock. I am not hard to get along with or somebody that demands perfection. If you look at what a painter costs which was $50 an hour then it is over the top rate. It ranges from $25 to $50 an hour and that too if you supply the paint. They said before they gave me the final bill that they could break it down by the hour and charge if that worked. I told them to do that. He told me it was $2250. I said to him that he would not get all that money and that I would write a separate check for $50 or $75 as tip. I wrote a check. He put the check in his pocket and then showed me the bill. I realized that it was actually $2250 by hour. I told him that it was outrageous. He kept the check in his pocket and I did not ask for it back. He cashed it within thirty minutes after I gave him the check which says that he knows about what he did. I would never use them again. I paid him. I am totally dissatisfied with them and I will never use them again. I believe in honor and doing the right thing. I actually did the wrong thing by paying them back but I wanted them out of my house and I did not want any hassles. I spoke to the owner and he reduced it to $1650 with a stipulation that he would have somebody come in for four hours to fix some of the problems. It was a very happy price for a professional painter but not a handyman. He asked four hours later as to how it was. I showed him one particular portion of the ceiling where the lines were absolutely jagged to the naked eye. I could look up on the ceiling and see it. I asked him if he went over there and he said alright. He then left. The bottom line is I am not satisfied. I hope that Angie's List will do something about it. It is a wreck. They were good with their punctuality. They showed up at 08:00 but the problem was that when I called the owner to check if he was sure to do it in one day he said that he could. I even told him that it would be a long day with sixteen hours of labor a day. He said that they could do it. It shocked me that at the end of eight hours they packed and left. It was not the communication but it was as if they were doing what they were told to do. They knew that they were not going to do it in one day. They stretched it out for five days. Meanwhile, I had my thirty one years old parrot living at another house that I had, which was 30 miles away from where I lived where the painting was going on. I had to go everyday back and forth to take care of my parrot. They showed up when they said that they were but punctuality also means getting the job done on time. I paid him and so, legally I fulfilled my obligations but at the same time he isn’t anywhere near the five star ratings or whatever is the top ratings on Angie's List. If it was a school, he would not even be accepted for the admission. I will beg him to sue me and I am not the one that sues but I don't care what he says. The bottom line is that he did a horrible job and he over charged. It is at the point where I am not going to do anything else and I am not suing him. I might have to have somebody come in to redo the paint job. I am not the suing type of person. I have lived in Las Vegas for fourteen years and the one reason that I went to Angie's List was because I was hoping to find somebody without throwing something at the dart board but it did not work out. I sent him seven or eight photos. I did not call him that much. It shocked me that they had five stars rating. The initial estimate was for $1250 or $1500 but when he got through it then it was $2250 with 30 hours of labor. I settled with $1650 with the stipulation that he would fix everything which he had and it was still overpriced. I think that I paid $56 per hour per painter. The biggest problem was that they rushed the job. They did not tape a lot of areas and instead of using tape to tape something off they just used the paint brush.

They were way too expensive. They were professional and the service man who came out was very polite but I had a small job to do and for them to be $100 higher than everybody else was ridiculous. I made an appointment with them and the night before they were supposed to come at 8 a.m. the next morning they did not come until 1 p.m. so it disrupted my entire schedule. Why make an appointment if you are not going to keep it? I will not have them quote in the future.

I liked their work very much. I liked the thoroughness of the job and the finished product. They made all together four trips to get it done to get the parts and to get it competed. I was very thoroughly pleased with them. I didn’t compare their price to anybody else but I thought that their price was fair.

They came back day and 5 to finish the. job. I had to keep my bird at my condo 25 miles away from the house 10 days. 30 hours of labor equates to 58$ per hour. I made them come back because the job they did was HORRIBLE. One guy spent 4 hours fixing the mistakes. After 4 hours... I just wanted him out of my house. The job was not done to my standards.
