Description of Work: Bulwark thoroughly sprays my home outdoors and indoors in a standing monthly morning appointment. I respect my dependable and friendly, outstanding and proactive, and very skilled tech who is always eager to respond. He always asks how things are going. My history: After being in my home for many, many years, I suddenly got scorpions, and they terrify me. They come in the early spring and I deal with them all summer up to fall. Bulwark, with whom I've contracted with since the scorpions came, mitigates my fears by their thorough power spray outside. The last two years I have not had any indoors. For no extra charge they willingly visit again if the monthly appointment needs some extra attention, so in that respect their annual high cost of service is justifiable.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal on June 15, I called the provider on July 1, and set up the appointment(it took him a while to find my order). the appointment was set on July 5, between 5-7PM, and he said it take about 1 hour. On July 5 afternoon, I called to notify them that it is a gated communitnally she said she will notify the technician). I waited at home before 5:00 and free the phone line, there is no phone call, no tehnician, I waited until 7:10PM to call the provider's contact #:702-255-6313, the message said the office is close. then I call Angie's list, your office is also close, but I left message. I got on line to check, then I found another phone # of provider; 702-475-9509, I called and there is an answer, she put me on hold for a long time, and was disconnected, I called back, talk to a manager, he said the technician just finish the job before me and is on the way, that was 7:40PM. by that time, I was very frustrated and angry, I told him that I don't want the service(I am going out after 8:00), someone should have called me that they are running late. I have plan to go out with my family after 8:00PM, and with the whole thing going on not smoothly, does not want to reschedule with this provider for another appointment
