Sam was the best employee I have ever had come to my house. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. This guy should be offered business partners...I'm serious!!!

They are great! Sam was friendly and very helpful when he came to spray my house yesterday. I've been dealing with a roach infestation since I moved in 6 weeks ago. Sam not only sprayed the problem areas, but he sprayed the exterior and the garage to ensure that the bugs can't get back into the house. He even laid out some roach traps to catch those that may already be inside. And to top it all off, he offered to return next week to remove the traps so that I don't have to! Overall, just great customer service!

Sam came out and did a great job explaining what was being done to rectify the problem. Since then, he has continued to be available should we need him.

Bulwark has been great. We’ve been using them for almost two years with great results. The initial treatment involved inside and outside then we signed up for the planned visits to maintain protection or whatever. We had no problems for about a year and then some ants breached the defensives but Bulwark has been out twice to readdress the issue, no charge, and we are back to being any free again. Jermaine was our tech on the most recent visit, he was super professional and an all around chill dude who seemed to know his business. Would definitely recommend. FYI all their stuff is pet friendly and fast drying and neither I nor my wife have detected any strange odor or smell.

They have been very responsive in any concern we have. Jordan our tech is very polite, personable and listens to our concerns. He recently tracked down the source of an ongoing ant problem we have had.

Sam Smith is amazing! He always make sure my house is protected and follows up to make sure I’m am not having any issues. He is also great with the fact that I have not so friendly dogs. Thanks Sam for your help and putting up with my misfits!

From the moment he walked in the door, I was very impressed with Sam Smith!! Not only was he friendly, courteous, and prompt, but he explained the types of pests common to this area (some of which I was not aware!!), as well as the treatments that would be used to eliminate them from our home. Jordan is always on time and asks if we have any issues. He thoroughly sprays the garage and entire exterior of our house. We've had Bulwark for about eight years and they do a great job. Fortunately, we've never had to have them come out for a specific problem, but that's because they do a great prevention treatment. Scorpions, roaches, ants, and other pests would be a non-issue in Clark County if we all did preventative pest control.

Jordan did a great job thoroughly walking through and spraying the interior of my home, garage and entry. They had just serviced the exterior and we saw a scorpion that same day, and other in the garage the next morning. They came out quickly and Jordan even left sticky pads in case one comes wandering, and helped us understand how to avoid letting them in. Very pleasant, and highly polite and professional.

Bulwark is always fantastic and this trip was no different. Sam is the man and absolutely incredible. He is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and down to earth! No bug makes it past him and if they sneak up on us again he is right back out to handle it. Definitely recommend these guys bar none.

Payne was very thorough in treating the areas of concern, and explained some preventative measures to take in the future to keep the pests away.

Sam came to my house for service on issues I was having with cockroaches, spiders, and earwigs. He listened to all my concerns and made sure he sprayed the perimeter of the home as well as emphasizing on areas where I was seeing them most.
