I have used these people since 2009. They come once every two months. The best thing about this company is that if I see anything that should not be in my house or yard (insects, spiders etc.) they come right away and spray again. Always professional and accommodating. Very pleasant on the phone and servicing. Will definitely continue to use them.

The technician arrived as promised. He is very professional and neat in physical appearance. He knew what was expected of him and proceeded to accomplish his work in a timely and non obtrusive manner. He asked if there were any additional areas that might need to be treated. He was told that the garage and the bathrooms needed to be treated. He followed through completely with that work

I really like Bulwark Exterminating Company. They are probably $20 higher than the other pest companies but I know that if I have a continuous problem, they will come out as many times as I need them. When I started the contract with them in a summer, they came out every week in July and August. They didn’t charge me anything extra for that.

Workers were very courteous each time and on time. We had repeated ant invasions inside the house (not anywhere near food) but they came out each time we reported a problem and sprayed for no extra fee. Did not renew the contract as we thought we could do the job ourselves.

I have regular service. I spend $65.00 every two months. Ever since I have been using them, I haven't seen any bugs in my house so I think that is good. The technicians that we have dealt with have been friendly and helpful.

This is a great company. They solved the problem the first time. I even got on a contract with them. I would highly recommend this company to other people.

We would recommend them. They come when they say and they seem to do a pretty good job when they spray. We are satisfied with what they quoted us for price. We didn't do a price comparison. My friend recommended them.

My experience has been really good. They come out as soon as possible and take care of the problem. They are very prompt. I would use them again in the future.

I've utiilized Bulwark since June 29, 2010. It is late September and I recently had my monthly spray (they had come two weeks earlier also at my request). The good news is that the scorpions I see in the garage are dead--but they still come on my property. Sadly, this time inside my home the tech found a scorpion behind my television in my den but he said it was dead. Overall, I think this is an outstanding outfit who seem to have a commitment to rid a home of scorpions. However, I was sad to see this scorpion in my home after such constant spraying. I realize these insects have invaded my neighborhood, and I have relocated most of the summer due to travel and other reasons, so I can't totally monitor the success. Honestly, I remain cynical since most of my close neighbors have them in their houses so how can one pest control outfit really keep them out of mine. But if any pest control company can eradicate insects I probably will have better luck with Bulwark than the others.

I contacted Bulwark to spray for ants and roaches. On the initial visit, they did a power spray outside over the entire property. They also sprayed inside problem areas where I'd seen ants (kitchen, bathrooms). They came back about a week later at no additional charge to dust inside the outlets for any roaches that might be inside the walls. They explained that they needed to spray for ants first because ants can smell the roach poison and would stay away if they did both services at once, so they sprayed for the ants first to kill them and then a week later dusted for the roaches. Initial service was $99 for inside and outside. I signed up for their maintenance service also. They come every two months to spray the perimeter of the house. The cost for that is $65 each visit. For maintenance, they only spray the exterior since the initial spray should have taken care of any bugs inside the house and the permimeter spray keeps others out. I was told, however, that you can request inside service at any time if you need it. You don't have to be home if you only need the outside sprayed. I have not seen any ants since the service and have seen only one dead roach inside since the initial service. I have also seen a few dead roaches outside, so the service must be working. I would definitely recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

They were awesome. Whatever they used kept the bugs 100% gone. They did the job well and I think the price is right on point. I?ve never needed them to respray but I have a feeling that they would have.

They are really good. If you have a problem between service calls, they'll come out and do an extra spray. I have been using them for a year and a half. They're reliable and they get the job done.

As described above, they service was very satisfactory from start to finish. I wish that I had found them earlier and saved the worry about getting stung by a scorpion.

I have been using them for a couple of years. I have continued using them because I like what they do. I have no reasons to look elsewhere because I don?t have any bugs. They are very punctual and very professional. They come out every 30 days. I spend about $33 on them.

I had no problem setting up an appointment that suited my schedule. The scheduler and the technician were both courteous and professional. They didn't try to push me into a long term service agreement. The spraying was thorough around the perimeter of the house, as well as behind the drywalls. The entire process was quick and easy. I'd definitely hire this company again for pest control services.

They are always good. If you see bugs in between visits, you can call and they will come right away. They don't charge extra for this service. They are easy to schedule and we've used them for a long time.

It is a wonderful company and they call you back very quickly. All the service technicians are very nice and clean. They provide excellent service. They came back immediately to take care of the problems we had. I would use then again in future.

Two young men showed up on the time that was given me when I talked with Bob. I explained what my problem was and they got their equipment and sprayed all around the outside of my home, came inside and sprayed in all the windows. They told me that the dogs would be able to go outside in a couple of hours and that what they sprayed would not hurt them. I signed up with Bulwark Extermnating with a Service Agreement that day.

The work seemed to go well. I have not had any problems since the servicing. I felt that the price for the work was fair.

I was stung by a scorpion in our house, so checked with Angie's list for a pest control company. Bulwark was the top rated, so I called them. They were able to work us into the schedule by making us the last appointment of the day before the July 4th weekend, which we REALLY appreciated, given the nature of our problem. The technician arrived on time and listened to all my concerns. He was very knowledgeable about scorpions and spent time explaining the treatment and how it would work. I just had the windows cleaned, and was worried the pesticide would smudge them up, but it did not. The technician was very quick and didn't leave a mess. We have light carpeting in the house, and he kindly put booties on over his shoes when walking around the house. He told us to call him anytime if we saw any more scorpions and he would come re-treat the house. He was very clean, extremely polite, and very professional. We received a follow-up customer care call from Bulwark a few days after the treatment. Overall, we are very happy with Bulwark. Our only complaints are that they insisted we sign up for a year program for the scorpion treatment, even though we are renting this house and may not be here a year. They said they would transfer the service to our new residence, if we move. The other problem is that the fumes were so bad inside the house we had to stay at a hotel for two nights. My husband is not normally bothered by chemicals, but the pesticide in the house burned our sinuses and made our lips feel numb. I believe Bulwark advertises their chemicals are safe and organic, but we have never felt those kind of symptoms before, so decided not to stay in the house until we could air it out. We cranked up the AC and opened the windows for two days, and the fumes gradually subsided. We have not found a single dead bug inside the house, but the pesticides are definitely killing spiders and roaches outside. I would recommend Bulwark, but be prepared for the fumes if you have the interior treated.

No don'ts. Their method works and I recommend them.

Although we had used Ortho and one other "home" pest control spray ourselves twice during last month, we suddenly had LOTS of bugs inside and out. We called Bullwark and they scheduled us for the next day. The are very thorough and we haven't had a live bug since! They also called us one week later to see if we were bug free and let us know to call them back for free treatment if we experienced any pest problems before our next service in two months.

Another reason I liked them is because they are green. The price listed is what it costs every time they come. I will continue to use them in the future.
