They’re awesome and they have excellent customer service. Their price is pretty comparable with the area. They give us a three hour time frame and so we really can’t complain. They always show up within that time frame. We will use them again in the future if we need to.

I pay monthly. They always call before they come, or email me. They always come on time, every time. If we have any problems, or they didn't get it all, they will come back, free of charge. I had them come out in 4 times in a 2 week period. They are very friendly people. I highly recommend them. We had a spider infestation, and they solved the problem. It turned out that they were coming out of a certain area, but were living in a different area. They sprayed free of charge until they got rid of them. The treatment doesn't smell, but works well. I liked them more than the last company I used.

We have used them for two years. They come out every other month. They came out an additional month for ants at no charge to me. They are super conscientious. They are happy to do anything I ask for the normal service fee. They are always extremely responsive. They call me a few days before they come, and they never show up unannounced. They do a wonderful job. I feel like I get my money's worth.

I’ve been relatively happy. They come when they say they’re going to come. They’ve done a good job when I had ants inside the house. They’ve done a good job in terms of dealing with cockroaches and that kind of thing around the property. They don’t guarantee anything for flying insects. So if I have bees or things like that, they’re not a good company for these kinds of things. In general they’ve been good. I will use them again in the future.

I like them. They're very prompt. They always come. I think it's priced fair. There's no extra charge, if we have a bug or a scorpion in the middle of a service. They come right out, and they don't have an attitude about it. We didn't shop around too much. A neighbor told us about them, and we called them right away. It was more for an emergency. I am not too happy with them. They don’t come on the scheduled time, and when they do come, nobody is home, so they only do a partial spraying because they can’t get to the backyard. So, basically they do just half of the spraying instead of the full house.

I used to have no problems with them, but as they grew I was forced to change the time they came out. They also switched the tech that serviced my property and he wasn't good. I have to request the tech that I have had for all these years. As long as the tech that have had for years comes out I have no problems with them. They are an A when they send him out. I won't them use them unless he is the tech that services my home.

I’ve never had a bug problem and if I’ve had anything special come up, they’ve taken care of it. They are pretty good at what they do. I’ve heard of some companies that are cheaper. Most people rate their technicians highly (and they deserve it - and they get a Bonus for them), however it skews the review models for the company. It's a smart business practice, but it makes their true reviews questionable. Great response. Super Nice Technicians. I've used this company almost a year now (per my contract) where they spray every two months.I've noticed since they spray environmentally green products the treatment is not effective for long and several times they've resprayed before the end of the two month period. They've always professional and never charged me, however it is annoying to wait on exterminators eight or ten time per year. Also the do not cover termites, yet their website states over 40k in termite protection. From looking on the Web, Las Vegas does get termites, but I'm not an expert.

They treat our house 6 times yearly. The last trip was free. You pay just for the outside service and then if there are any emergencies either inside or outside of the house there is not a charge. That's what is so special because the ants came three separate times and there was not a charge. I will use them again in the future.
