Showed up on time and serviced the inside and outside of the house. Injected interior of the walls to ensure that insects were properly addressed. There were an extensive number of ant nests in the backyard and they schedule a 2nd visit three days later to perform additional treatment. Since the service, I have not had an invasion of ants or roaches and I have not seen a black widow around the exterior of the house or in the garage. Before the spraying, everytime I went into the garage at night, I would see c*** roaches scurrying all over the concrete floor. Very pleased with the service.

It went well, they came back when I called and told them I killed a scorpion in the garage about ten days later.

Took advantage of Angie's List Pest Control advertised special from Bulwark Exterminating with a request to use the $68 one-time visit for an annual contract. Bulwark exceeded our expectations! Bulwark's technician, Marty K., arrived right on time, was pleasant, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the details of the interior and exterior pest control process, the types of pests the treatment will target, as well as made it clear he would come back before our next scheduled visit if we see any insect pests. Marty K. from Bulwark completed the visit well side of 60 minutes, no charge since we opted for the annual contract, and treated our property exactly as advertised. We purchased a big deal, and the service turned out just fine, they did a great job. They took care of the problem, and I am very happy with it. The guy showed me where the ants were coming in from, and they took off my electrical outlets, and sprayed in there too. They were thorough, and they took the time to explain what they were doing. We don't have ants all over the place now. I have already scheduled to use them again.

That turned out really well. They made our appointment, they came out and did the service. They're polite, they're very professional when they came and their appointment system. I know that they came on the time we requested. We do intend to keep using that service, we've already signed up for them to come once every two months.

My service from Las Vegas Pest Control by Bulwark Exterminating turned out good. I owned some rental properties and the tenant never called me back, so I think they came out and did their job. If they come out for a one time spray, it gets rid of the bugs, but they should really put on the Big Deal that you need to buy like the yearly service, because what happens is, they spray it and the bugs go away. But then they come back. I have two properties where I used the Big Deals and I had to buy the yearly pass after I bought the one time purchase of the Big Deal. I guess it's okay, because that way, you get to try the company out, one time. If you like them, you can sign up for the year contract. Out in Las Vegas, they have a big problem with scorpions. The bugs hide out in the house.

Been here twice and I still have bugs in house. Will continue service for a few months and we will see. Young man that does the spraying very nice, professional and thorough. Pest control is still debatable. Continued monthly service a little high in cost. Again we will see. Sorry I continued service.

Eric is our normal maintenance person and he also checks to make sure we have no others issues. With the weather in Las Vegas, occasionally pests get in t he house, so he will include interior pest control at no additional cost. If we need servioe between regularly scheduled visits, Bulwark will respond to address the issue without an upcharge. Very effcient and very professional. Uniforms are neat and clean and the vehicles are well maintained.

We use the Angie's list special for scorpions. The appointment was between 7-9. They arrived at 8:00P.M. during a thunder storm. Obviously the couldn't treat the outside, but they still came and treated the inside and rescheduled the yard. The two gentlemen where professional and very knowledgeable. they were careful to put furniture back if the had to move it and cleaned up after they were done. They were very patient with all our questions and I really enjoyed the time they were here .I was so happy with the service I received I signed with them for a year. Everyone I had contact with, form the office to the two men who came out were very pleasant. I would highly recommend Bulwark Extermination.

Poor performance and they said this would last for 60 days. Now they want to continue, the service every 60 days for $69.99. I did not think so, if it does not last 30 days and do a half job.

Arrived on time and explained the service being provided. Performed service quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I have scheduled a regular treatment with them and I would recommend them.

Expected experts...got regular pest guys....

99% of all cockroaches are dead. They do nice work. Unbelievable communication, punctuality and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them. Nice people to work

We have the service scheduled but it has not been performed yet. I chose this service because of the interior/in-wall service. After comparing different services this seems to have the most chance of being effective. Pest control is an ongoing issue and we do not have a full scale infestation so I think this will be adequate for the time being.

They were there on time and explained everything they were doing. Above and beyond that, they explained the life cycle of scorpions and suggested a "black lite" which illuminates the critters day or night.

I’ve had them for over 5 years. They spray outside and put down repellant. They come on my schedule, when I prefer them to come out. They are polite enough to let me know when they are coming and when they get here. They spray through my entire house.

Great service performed by a great technician. No scorpion problems since they were here.

The person performing the service was very professional and did work both inside and outside our home. After discussion on the phone I made a decision to use the Bulwark service on an ongoing basis. They call to follow up and ensure that there are no pest issues. Subsequent services have all been outside only but they have been clear that they would be glad to also redo the inside if necessary or desied. We had severe ant infestation prior to the initial treatment but no recurrance post the treatment. This service is well worth the money and they are a pleasure to deal with. Their rates are competitive.

Tech had great attitude. Explained in detail any questions we asked. Very helpful.

I have used them for about 9 years. They are very nice people to work with. If I have see a critter and call them, they will come out right away. If I have to call them between service, they will not charge me for the extra visit. They are good people.

The service has worked to eliminate a scorpion problem we had, but we have had problems with their billing department. After the initial sale, our sales guy was harder to get on the phone than the pope. Just defers everything to the lame sales department folks. Promised to drop our monthly fee by a $1.00 a month if we did electronic funds transfer, then proceeded to charge us twice. The 48 dollar figure is their monthly fee. Many places charge half that. When we are through the contract period we will drop them - although, their service has eliminated the scoprions, and I do like the fact their product does not harm our dogs or grandkids. We now know other companies use the same product that is a plant based poison, not petoleum based.

After the service, it has improved

They showed up and sprayed/did their thing. We had a bad problem due to neighborhood. Pests came back. They came back for free as promised. They will keep coming back for free in between the scheduled visits if you continue to have problems. Professional people who stand behind their promises.

IFor $69/mo, a very nice, very professional young man comes and sprays my house inside and out. If there is a pest problem, they'll treat for that specific problem, no extra charge! I had tiny ants coming in my window vents. It took three trips to figure out it was the window vents, but they worked hard each time, and sprayed each time. I live here, and it took ME that long to see the line of ants going up an outside wall into one of the window vents - an UPSTAIRS vent, at that! (My husband's socks must have been the attractant! LOL!) After a few trips, I called them to compliment them on their service. The lady asked me if I had a favorite "guy". "The last one here was wonderful!", I volunteered. "He can come out every month", she stated. I'm pleased as punch! I've only lived here 1/2 summer and one winter, so far. I haven't seen any bugs, or mice, since saying "goodbye" to the ants. I have great hopes for this spring and summer!
