Bulwark Exterminating Las Vegas

We were going to move into this new house but it had an awful infestation of roaches. I could never move into a house with any roaches. I had already had 3 other exterminators attempt to control the problem, all without any success. I called Bulwark and literally from the first power spray, they made a difference. By the second spray, which was in appx. May of 2011, I have not seen one roach!! I am so unbelieveably pleased with them, both services and the technicians, that I would give them A+ if it was an option. They always call 2 days in advance to give me a window, then the tech calls 1/2 hour prior to arrival. EVERYTIME. The cost is a little higher than the monthly service of other companies, but Bulwark sprays every 6 weeks. I don't care, I would pay just for the removal of roaches!!

I started with Bulwark last year when the company I used could not get rid of a scorpion problem I developed. I got excuse after excuse and the problem continued. I called Bulmark and they got rid of the problem in very little time. I am very pleased with their service.

Went well, they always call a few days in advance so you know when they are coming. So even if your not home you can leave all locked gates open and they always show up. Have had no problems with any bug since using them

Ever since the house was sprayed, I have not seen any bugs, spiders or spiderwebs in or around the house.

Great. They did everything I asked and even put some mouse traps in the garage for me!!

They could not find any because they said I was not totally infested. They sprayed the yard and the inside of my home. We have not seen any problems since they came. They now come every two months to spray. They called ahead to let me know they are coming. I have no problems with their service.

I am wondering why they do not give people the option to choose organic, nontoxic or regular chemicals? I didn't find out until I stopped service because I did not want poison sprayed at my house. I wanted to update from my previous review and let everyone know that they do provide an organic pest service

Person was punctual and professional and efficient. Did the job that company committed to when it committed to do it.

There was problems with the scheduling where they didn't come the day we scheduled and we had problems with getting them to come when we were available. Don't know for sure if it was all their fault or ours but it seemed there were quite a few mishaps with the scheduling. Shortly after the treatment we started seeing bugs and had to have them come back.

I had repeatedly explained to them that if they exterminated the outside and not the inside of my house, all of the bugs they were trying to exterminate just retreated into the house. I cannot count the number of times that they showed up without scheduling with me, only doing the outside, and then me having to go through the pain of re-scheduling again for them to come kill the bugs they just chased into the house. This ended when I put a lock on my gate, and they couldn't get into the yard anymore without me being home. After going around and around with them AGAIN trying to get an appointment time when I could be home, keeping in mind that 2 weeks of every 4 I can be home at any time up until noon, the conversation was left at they would get back to me AGAIN. About a week and a half later I got a phone call WHILE I'M AT WORK from one of their guys telling me he is running early, and can he show up earlier than expected. I informed him that no one ever called me to schedule an appointment, and I wasn't home. This is when I terminated their service, and one of the reasons I joined this website. Imagine my surprise when I not only saw them on here, but they were getting good reviews. I had no problem with their technicians. They were all very nice, and professional. It's their office staff that I couldn't deal with.

They came out at night, explained what they were going to do thoroughly, what to expect after the initial treatment and said to call if we needed a follow up prior to the regular schedule, at no charge. scorpion problem seems to be better. I will continue using them on a regular basis.

A good product, good customer service.

They do a great job for me. Occasionally, in Nevada, we have times when our bugs get out of control. They come back out free of charge if you need them to. In 10 years, I’ve only had to have them come back out to re-spray about 5 times. They are good with communication about the different chemicals. They are very professional when they come and they don’t chit chat while they work.

They are there when they say they are going to be, which is the most important thing to me. The Big Deal was $85, but it would have been $300 otherwise. It was great!

They are very good. If I ever see a scorpion running around in the back I can call them and they will come back out, but that is rarely necessary. The cost is $40.71/month. The only problem is punctuality. They give me a time frame of 7am-12pm that they will arrive, but that is a long time to wait around for them.

They are best! They say they are going to come and they come on time. They do an excellent job every time. The cost is $61/month. I recommend them to my friends.

It was great! They showed up on time. They seemed knowledgeable. They were clean. It worked out good. No additional costs with the Big Deal.

When I saw a live one a few days ago he came back out to do another spray.

Overall very satisfied. The young man who did our service was very polite and professional. We are confident that if we experience and pest problems they will act quickly to resolve them.

They were fine. The guy was nice. They came out 9 to 10 at night and they used black light to actually see the nocturnal scorpions running around and then they sprayed the yard. They came pretty much in schedule and did their service.
