Bulwark Exterminating Las Vegas

I have never written a review for services or products I love (shame on me), but have decided that Bulwark needs to be recognized for their service. From day one with a rapid response to Adam and Ed coming out to treat my home I have been floored by their customer service. I emailed Bulwark on a Sunday after finding another scorpion in my home. Having a one year old little boy running around my home I knew I had to get this scorpion problem under control immediately. Bulwark called me back Monday morning around 7:30! I was ecstatic with their response time and arranged to have a tech out to service my home. Adam showed up on time to my house in that giant "scorpion buster" vehicle they advertise and walked me through the entire process as well as explaining what chemicals he would be using. Adam went through every electrical outlet on the edge of the home and soaked the outside with the chemical we had discussed. A few weeks later as Adam had explained a scorpion came scuttling around my kitchen floor (seemed to be erratic from the previous treatment). I emailed Bulwark again and Ed came out to service my home. Super friendly and informative, Ed even went above and beyond dusting a particular inner wall where I have been finding scorpions. I am happy to say that I have not see a single buy (scorpion or otherwise) since the second (FREE) treatment. Kudos to Bulwark for delivering on what they promised! - A very happy customer

Everything went fine. He showed up on time, was very courteous and answered all my questions as I followed/led him through my house. He let me know more than once that if I can across any pests, to give them a call and they come out right away. A week later, I did have both a phone call confirmation as well as another home visit to see if I had any questions or if I needed anything else done at this time. I am currently scheduled to have a treatment every other month for the next year. All for a very reasonable price.

Everything went well on this visit and service seems very good and reliable. Service person was very nice and explained every detail.

They are very professional. If you see any pest after they service your home, they will repeat the spray. Also, if you have any concerns, let the office or your tech know.

Outstanding service! I have been a dlient of Bulwarks for many years. I had a new bug infestation problem and with one phone call, Bulwark was promply at my door with two highly trained professionals. High tech. devices were used to eliminate the bugs with a 90 day free follow up. I was impressed with their "going green" process because I have grandchildren in my home as well as pets. I now have peace of mind from bugs. :)

I think it worked out well. The package covered both interior and exterior prevention. The technician sprayed behind wall sockets. They used spray for the prevention. We could definitely see a big difference in the amount of scorpions. The technician who came out was very nice and professional. He also did not try to sell any other services.

Checked rat traps and filled if necessary. They respond in the summer if I call with an ant or scorpion issue or anytime I have an issue.

Outside spray for pest control. Actually arrived a little early. Have used Bulwark for many years and as far as results go, they are the best. Phone staff has always been courteous.

I would recommend this company to anyone who need to keep scorpions and other things from invading their home our out side area.

I personally have no complaints, but the last 5 people I referred already cancelled there service. I will not refer them to another person. They can't keep good technicians because they don't pay them well.

I do not have the problems I have had with spiders, grasshoppers, and beetles in the past. In fact I rarely see any insects in my home.

Ok,punctual and professional

Very difficult to schedule with office. Return calls were slow. Company sent full service amount billing instead of crediting Angie coupon. I had to mail the coupon to the company . No further contact or follow-up by the company. Selected this company based on reviews and for further service. Friends use company without issues. Maybe this was just a fluke.

The service has been consistent and punctual. The service is done every other month, not monthly. I have two very small dogs, and I didn't want to be having the spraying done on a monthly basis if not needed. In addition, the product that is used last for 45 day period of time so I felt monthly was not needed unless I found that the scorpion and insect population required more attention. Billing is done at the time service is complete. I mail the payment into the company. The people that I have communicated with via email, phone, and in person, have all been responsive, accommodating, and friendly. 9/18/14 I have been using the services of Bulwark Exterminating for almost a year and I am very pleased with the service I have been receiving. They are good about emailing me before a technician comes out to my home which gives me time to change the service call date and also gives me the heads up to have the security gates unlocked for entry to my front and backyards. I continue to use the spraying services every other month and find that works well for me. For the most part, I only need to have the outside sprayed but recently had them spray inside on one of their visits. They come once a year in the evening to spray for scorpions on my property but if I found that the treatment needed to be reapplied they would come out. The two technicians that have come to the house have been polite and accommodating to any questions or concerns that I may have. I am comfortable with the billing schedule and the price of service. The pricing has not changed. $64.00 every other month that I pay by check.

The gentleman sprayed from a small plastic bottle. He was not very professional. |We have now had 2 scorpions since in the same area we showed him.

The technicians have been very professional and friendly. They have been easy to work with. Scheduling is great and they call ahead to suggest times that would work for both them and I. I do have to be here when they do the work which is nice.

It all went well until I found out the next day that I had signed a contract for a year. The technician said I was just signing for the service I received. The next day I got a call from Bulwark asking me when I wanted to schedule my next appointment. I spoke to the manager and he did not hold me to the contract.

Monthly pest control spray. All went well. Technician called that he was on his way, was on time, and was helpful. I've used Bulwark for many years and even though their price may be a bit higher, the service is well work it since it is very effective.

I am very pleased at the service provided by Bulwark. The technician was friendly & thorough, walking me through the process and explaining everything. He took great care to be cognizant of my pets and did a great job overall. I haven't seen any scorpions or spiders outside or inside my property since.

Very professional, showed me where the critters were hiding and I had at least 7 black widow spiders in nooks and crannies around my home. After the treatment, I noticed that all the insects were dead. Two months after the treatment not a bug to be found.

They were very good in explaining what they were going to do and scheduling the appointment went smoothly.

We have been with Bulwark since 2005 and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism. The same technician has been coming for the last few years, and as usual, we have had no pest problems. They do great work!
