Bulwark Exterminating Las Vegas

They come every 6-7 weeks and power-spray the entire outside every time. They do the inside only if you ask but will do so for no additional cost. They spray EVERYWHERE. Even took some of my outlet covers off and sprayed inside the walls. This house had a very bad roach problem before we moved in. I had 3 pest control companies try to control the problem, all to no avail. Incredibly on their first visit, Bulwark exterminated all the insects and I have not seen a roach in literally over 3 years!!

Excellent. They are coming today. I like the technician. He listens to the problem that I have. He makes sure that everything is correct. I called the company and Ed came right on out. He did the extermination process for me. I pay $73 bi-monthly. Occasionally, I get scorpions in the house and I just call the company. They send Ed out.

I am very happy with them. They give good service.I don’t have any bugs. If I have bugs, they come out and take care of it right away.

Bulwark has been awesome. If I ever have a problem, I can just call them. They will come right back out. They seem to do a real thorough job, and they are really polite. I like them. I priced different ones in the area. I think they are all just about the same price. So I would say the value of the work compared to the price is good. With regard to price, they are all too high. The quality is great. With regard to responsiveness, they have even come out on an hour's notice if I had a problem. Their punctuality is good. I'm usually not there because I have a home in Wyoming as well. They usually spray when I'm not there. But they always leave a tag on my door telling me what time they were there and what they did. They also tell me to give them a call if I have any problems.

I had excellent service. I had people come around; I had no problems with them. They were very efficient. Their product worked. They were reasonable. They call me and they know when to come out and they do it.

They scheduled the appointment for later in the evening because they were supposed to check the property with a black light and search for scorpions. They stopped by sprayed around the outside of my house and took off, I never saw the black light. It has been a little over a month and while I sitting on my couch yesterday a scorpion crawls out of the couch and onto my colar which completely freaked out my 5 yr old daughter and my wife. I called Bulwark Exterminating to have them come back out, first they did not return my phone call, then they were less than helpful (they told me it only had a 30 day guarantee and it has been 34 days) and tried to sell me a follow up package. I do not recommend this company and I will not use them again.

Horrible, called to schedule an Pest Inspection of my new Home and was transferred 3 times before getting hung up on. With that type of service on the phone.

We purchased a deal on Angie's List and will be continuing with regular service. Conner emailed us to confirm appointment, then called when he was 20 minutes away. He came out to the property, sprayed outside, walked the property with me with a black flashlight and then serviced inside the house. He was very professional, courteous and helpful in explaining the service.

Very impressive. Thorough, informative, and they exuded the confidence that we will not have a scorpion problem this summer.

I did not end up using the deal. After I purchased the deal I had to attend to personal matters. The guy on the phone was very pushy in trying to get me to sign a contract. I tried to explain my situation nicely to him several times, but he was just not very pleasant each time and would not wait for an answer.

We have been receiving pest control service from Bulwark since 2007. Overall we had been pretty satisfied with them as we had primarily used them for insect and spider control since we moved here in late 2006. In August of 2013, we became aware of a rodent problem that had recently become common in our area of Centennial Hills. We figured that since we were already using Bulwark, why not see if they could handle the rats. We advised them where we believed the rats were hiding, under our semi-in-ground hot tub. They placed a couple of rat bate traps around the backyard along with a sticky trap inside the equipment housing of the hot tub. Since August of 2013, we have had 3 additional service visits, involving two different technicians, concerning the situation. Each of these was prompted by me to check and recheck the bate traps and the condition of our progress. During the most recent visit on April 7, 2014, my discussion with the technician caused me concern because of his lack of familiarity with this species of rat and their typical behavior. He seemed surprised that they would cut down stems from rose bushes and line their nests with them. (This is typical behavior for desert pack rats.) We discussed other options such as have-a-heart traps and he stated that he would check back at the office to see if they had any and get back to me. He never got back to me, so I called the office on 04/25/14 to follow up and see what was happening. The customer service representative was friendly, but I was concerned that she never attempted to verify my account. She advised that she would contact the technician and he could even come out the next day, a Saturday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm to bring the traps. I thought that would be great, but asked that she please call me back to confirm. She never called me back, so I called again on 04/28/14 and recounted my story. The customer service representative offered to have someone come out that day, but I asked to speak with a Supervisor to inform them of my dissatisfaction with how this whole situation was being handled. She stated that a Supervisor was not currently available and could she have one call me back. I said that would be fine. No Supervisor ever called, so I called again on 05/01/14 to pay up my bill and to cancel service. When she asked why, I recounted the whole story again and she offered to get me to a Supervisor. I spoke with him and told him that I had appreciated their service up until this whole experience with the attempted rat extermination. I wanted to give him the opportunity to retrain his staff to be more thorough, topically educated and more empathetic. I thanked him for his time and told him that I had found another company to hopefully take care of our problem.

Bulwark's representative showed up exactly when promised and was very thorough and professional. We had ants entering the house and had tried treating the house inside and out without success. Two weeks after Bulwark's treatment we remain ant (and any other insect) free and are delighted! We will be using Bulwark regularly for our pest control needs - we were very pleased with the service.

Service provider was very professional. I suspended my account while moving and then restarted it. I am happy with doing business with this company and currently use them.

Brady did a great job. He was courteous, thorough, and efficient. He pointed out the location of two ant colonies. He informed me that a two week followup will be scheduled. For some reason, Angie's List does not currently (4/17/2014) list Bulwark as a service provider in Las Vegas, even though I purchased the special deal on Angie's List. I had to use another on line review site to determine if I wanted to do business with Bulwark. Weird.

Very cool experience watching the scorpions appear in the black light that Adam used as he inspected the property. We have continuing service now with Bulwark because they identified the chemicals they used and what amount was necessary. The education they provide was complete. Adam was extremely courteous and patient with our questions. We are retired and sometimes rattle on but Adam was very respectful. It was a nice experience. Their follow up was great and we plan on using them in the future because of the company's professionalism. We had previously use Western Exterminator here in Las Vegas so we have something to compare Bulwark to and it is like night and day well worth the slight increase in expense.

They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, on time, and effective. My experience was fine.

They came out at night and thoroughly sprayed the property down with a long hose attached to a tank in their truck. Afterwards the technician went around the house with a black light to check for scorpions coming out. He found eight & took them away. We have not seen any inside or any live ones outside since the service.

Service person arrived on time. Was professional. Company provided a second treatment in 30 days.

The technician called when he was on his way. When he arrived I told him that we had to leave in about an hour. He said he could treat the inside of the house first and then we could leave while he did the outside. He removed outlet covers in all the rooms downstairs and inserted a powder into each outlet. Then he sprayed the entire inside of the house. After we left, he sprayed outside and we have not seen one bug since. We are planning to use them every two months.

My first service it was in April of 2014. I was having a horrible problem with scorpions. Since then I have called them numerous times as was instructed to do when I saw another scorpion. They came out immediately and sprayed again. It is now July and I have not seen a scorpion for several weeks. I know scorpions are very difficult to get rid of, they are stubborn little buggers!!! Every service man that has came out did a great job, was very professional and understanding! I am very happy with this company and will continue using them I am if I know of anyone that has bug problems, specially scorpions, I will definitely be referring them to Bulwark!!!

It went so well I use them on an as needed basis.

A friendly and professional person comes and sprays the perimeter around our home. They will come back anytime we call, if we have any problems during the interval between appointments. I will definitely stay with this company.

The "scorpion" truck came at night when scorpions are active, as this was the primary reason I called for service. Technician called and actually came a little early, which was great for me. Technician walked my house and property with me so I could show him where I had seen scorpions. He asked detailed questions about how long I had been seeing them, specifically where I had seen them, the size of the scorpions, how many at a time etc. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable he understood what I had been experiencing. The technician used a black light while treating the outside of the property so he was able to clearly see the scorpions. I chose to have Bulwark return and treat my property and house on a bi-monthly basis which cost me $69.00. I am very happy with their service and the professionalism of their Technicians. I am extremely relieved that I have had no further issues with scorpions in my house. As a bonus so far I have had NO further issues with those outside water roaches that seem to be everywhere in Las Vegas.
