Very well. The provided was prompt, professional and very informative. My initial contact with the company was a little difficult as they were having trouble with their phone prompts so I sent a note via Angie's list and they called me back.

It went fine, but I still see some pest around the house.

It went fine. I had no problem with scheduling. One tech came out. I believe the treatment was effective.

Came to our house at scheduled time and used professional tools to spray insecticide. No significant scorpion problem since then. Would repeat.

When the technician ,Connor, arrived he was extremely professional and explained the entire process. They also have a 60 day guarantee and will return anytime we see other bugs/scorpions.

They showed up quickly, on time, and when we scheduled it. Since they came out, we have seen an improvement. When they were here, they explained the process well to us.

It went very well. Connor Haney was the technician. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He did everything he said he would do. Connor was fast and efficient. The whole backyard, side yards and front yard were sprayed. He made sure he got every nook and cranny. He had great things to say about his job and the company he works for. Very positive! We liked that we were given a list of the pesticides that were used in case we needed for our vet. He sprayed the inside of our home quickly and efficiently. He made sure to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with our experience!

That turned out very well. They even said that if the scorpions came back they said they would do that service again for free. I plan to use annually from now on.

Communication with this company was seamless, easy and they were very responsive. Scott answered all my questions, went over all the details of what the Angie's List deal included. Connor called a few hours ahead of the service time to update me that he would be at our house at 5pm. At 5pm sharp Connor was at the house, went over with me the service that he would be performing. Connor is exceptional at his job; quick, efficient and thorough. Connor understood my concerns about our pets being around the treatment chemicals and he was very careful. Once the service was completed, Connor went over the guarantee, next treatment options and the monthly service agreement. Very happy with this Company, their team members and the service provided.

The company honored their guarantee as we were told if we saw any more scorpions to call. We saw more in our house and called. They came right out and sprayed again (so far so good). Very please with the folks on the phone and with Connor. I would recommend.

I've used them before and I didn't have any problems. They did pretty well. I think the chemicals they used were environment friendly. The experience was pretty good. I have no complaints.

I like them. They are always punctual, and they call a couple of days in advance. They are always on time. If I am not here, I leave the gate open, and they do their stuff and go.

We've used Bulwark for the past 4+ years in Las Vegas for general pest control. The come out every other month like clock work and take care of our house. They will even make extra trips if you feel that the exterior needs to be sprayed early. They will also come out and do targeted exterminations at no extra cost. We love these guys, they are always professional and do a great job of letting you know if something is out of the ordinary. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. We're moving to Ohio and are sad not to be able to take them with us.

My exterminator, Ed, is always punctual and polite. He comes out every other month to spray for bugs and is very thorough and takes his time to address any of my concerns. While I had a few issues with appointments being made automatically for me at the office and not corrected when I called back to schedule a better time, they fixed the issue eventually. I would recommend them for routine spraying as this is my only experience with the company.

I have used them for the last 7 years. They have great customer service. This was preventive maintenance.

They come and spray once every other month and do free callbacks if there is a problem. We have called them at least 4 times for sprays other than the scheduled, due to scorpions, and one instance of ants. Marty is the man who normally comes for service, and he is GREAT. He is very friendly, kind, and efficient. On the callbacks, we usually get someone else, and I can't say much for any of the other employees that have shown up. They are slightly rude and never do as good of a job. I don't like when I get the impression that I need to walk around the house with them to make sure they actually do it. One time, my back gate was padlocked, and the guy told me that he sprayed it. I realized that after he left, and was pretty ticked. The phone customer service is good, and I have no plans to go anywhere else, because Marty is wonderful. I have used other companies and find that they are about the same, but this one particular good employee keeps me with them.

They advertise scorpion elimination, but I'm still seeing scorpions in my house, so I don't think they are any better than our last exterminator.

They're great. We don't have any complaints about them. They've very professional and come out when they say they will. We know to expect them. They do a good job. Their prices are reasonable.

They are awesome. Their product works. They show up on time. They call in advance and schedule an appointment. I have dogs, so there is a consideration there. They are just all around a great company. I have referred them to many people.

They are an excellent company. We ask them to come inside if we have problems. I did that before I moved into the house, because we didn't know what was here. They only ever done the outside and they use all natural products. They do not use poison. It keeps scorpions and spiders and two or three other insects out that they spray for. They are a very good company. I think the price is fine, comparable with any other service around the area. Any time I've ever called, they sent out a vendor within a day or two. I've only had ever had problems maybe twice in the almost three years that we've been here. And it was due to a lot of rain that probably washed away a lot of what they had put down. They came back at no charge. Their responsiveness is excellent. They send an e-mail about a week before they come and they give you a time frame and they are always within that time frame. Their employees are excellent. They are very polite and they will knock on the door to let you know that they are here. When I know they are coming, I will keep my gate unlocked if we are not here. But I don't have to be here for them to come in and do their job.

They still work for me and they were great. I've used them for years. When I have a problem they are quick to respond and they don't charge me extra.

Very professional, arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. Fast service and no odor. Will come every two months and have been pest free since their service. Very pleased and feel price is very fair and I'm pleased with the company and I'm glad I checked Angie's List.
