Bulwark Exterminating Las Vegas

Charles from Bulwark Pest Control came by and took care of our house and our yard. He was so thorough and detailed. He went above and beyond any other Pest Control person we have ever had. Charles sprayed, used granuals in the rock work, removes the Black Widow webs and got all of the trouble areas in which we get bugs. I hope all of the technicians are as thorough and professional as Charles is.

All to often people in general will only make contact to complain but I wanted to say thanks. Your Company so far has performed admirably, email's are promptly read and addressed, phone calls were answered promptly all questions answered and my service done on time as promised. Conner was very professional, polite & efficient. He even interacted nicely with my small dog who of course thinks he's a pitbull. He thoroughly explained everything he did. Will definitely use them again.

They were great. The technician that was supposed to come and trouble with his truck so they sent another one right about the scheduled time. He asked me a lot of questions to figure out what i needed and then sprayed. Very pleased and ended up signing up for regular service.

Connor Haney did a superb job. He arrived on time and was very professional. Connor explained the process and answered every question we had. It was the first time we ever found dead scorpions after someone had sprayed. What a success!!

It was fine. It was so long ago I don't remember the details but Angieslist keeps pestering me to write a review every time I sign in, so I'm doing that to shut up that annoying pop-up. I honestly don't remember much about the service but the serviceman was friendly and efficient and we haven't seen any more scorpions in the house.

I have hired Bulwark to perform pest maintenance. They were great for showing up on their own scheduled time and spray around the house. No issues there. Once I contact them with some urgency about discovering roof rats they said they will be there in 2 days. The driver showed up, had some problem at the gate and took off without calling us. I called and spoke to a dispatch manager. They said they will get someone over the next day. I never heard from the driver. Called dispatch and the answer I received was that it will be monday (2 days later). In summary, they are good for maintenance treatment as they come and go on their schedule but absolutely can not be relied on in case of an emergency i.e. rats. Hope your experience is better than mine.

real well., Shifted plan to the every other month service. They come out and spray to keep the bugs at bay.

This review is about a year old, but wanted to give it some time before determining if the work stopped our scorpion problems or not. Despite the spraying, it did not stop scorpions from getting into our home, but I would say that it seems like it has not been as bad as prior to the spraying, so I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it helped somewhat. I would like to note that Bulwark has stayed true to their guarantee, as they did do a second spraying after I let them know I was still finding scorpions in the house and yard. Conner, the employee that did the spraying was fantastic customer service-wise. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as well as provide other tips to fend against getting more scorpions and other pests. I would probably rate the company a 'B', but had a big problem with their office. When they came out to do the one-time spraying, it was explained to me that they put such customers on an annual agreement that could be easily cancelled at any time. However, despite calling and cancelling such agreement, I would still get a call a few weeks later indicating they are coming out to do my scheduled pest spraying service. It took about 3-4 times of going through this before they finally got the message.

On time and thorough. Just called back for 2nd spraying at no charge. Regular service established

We recently signed up for a service with Bulwark after buying our house in bug-prone wash area. The service we receive John MacFarlane is efficient, professional, and very courteous. He took a lot of time to explain to us what to expect from our service, what to look for, and how important communication with him would be key to getting rid of our pest/scorpion problem. Since he's been spraying our house we haven't seen near the amount of scorpions we had to come to expect. I can't say enough how happy I am that we are now Bulwark customers. John is always on time and just an all around nice guy! Bulwark is the best choice for your pest control needs.

It went well. These people are always very courteous and professional. I've a very busy schedule and they're so flexible and understanding.

Angie's List had a special on this service. Since there has been recent publicity in the Las Vegas area re scorpions and I had seen and killed one on my property, I signed up for the service. They immediately called, explained what they would do and set up an appointment. Two servicemen arrived at the appointed time, re-explained what they would be doing, in the house and garage and outside areas surrounding the house. They were polite and performed their work thoroughly. Even removed outside wall electrical outlets and sprayed. Thoroughly sprayed the garage and the outside areas. They also placed sticky boxes in numerous places in the garage and left additional boxes. There was no pressuring to sign on to their periodic services. The senior serviceman was Conner W. Haney. I do not have the name of the other serviceman.

They were just responsive and easy to work with. Their communication and demeanor was all very positive.

There was a tech who was sent to my home the first of the year. He was not my regular tech. He did a terrible job. I called the office and told them that my regular tech did not come to my home. In fact if I had not called, my home would not have been sprayed that month. I reported them to a supervisor in the office. My regular tech is back on the job. Yesterday I received a call from the corporate office in AZ. The gentleman's name was Eric Nitzsche. He asked me about my experience with the company and what could be done to improve what had happened to me. I told him. I was happy that a company had taken the time to contact me and to see if the problem had been resolved . I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pest control.

I have had this service for several years and was always satisfied with the service people that came to my home. However, in the last three visits, they have failed to call to schedule a date and time and therefore came when I was not available. I called them about it after the second time in a row this happened. I keep my backyard locked so they can't even do the entire outside if I am not there. I am therefore canceling this service and will go with another provider.

Serviceman prompt, respectful. Immediate service when I requested a call back when scorpions appeared in house after three weeks from last spraying at no additional charge. I am very pleased with this service.

Very well,the gentleman that did the spraying was very nice. We will use this company for our bug spraying company from one on.

While setting up the appointment, the Representative reviewed all the details of the procedure. He was very professional and thorough. The appointment went very well. The only suggestion that I would make is to have the exterminator wear booties inside as I noticed boot prints where he had sprayed. Overall, excellent service.

Bulwark came out with a scorpion truck. Seems like it has more chemicals or something. But they hosed down the outside of the property pretty heavily. They were timely, professional and very courteous. They also come back for free for a month or two if the scorpions return. I love their policy and professionalism. I have since used them again on other properties and also started regular pest service with them. A+ in my book.
