The person comes on-time as scheduled, and will come back for free as noted in the contract. However, the ants never lessen or go away.

The service technician, Johnathan, is very nice, on time and punctual. We have a continuing service agreement with Bulwark. The ants keep coming back, bur not in full force as they were before. Ants are a big problem in Vegas, so it is understandable.

Ultimately didnt use. They initially couldn't do what I needed but tried so hard to make it right that they won me over prey did a great customer service job

Sam Smith was very punctual and professional. On this trip, aside from spraying our exterior like normal, we had mentioned that we had seen some small cockroaches inside as well, and he offered to come in and spray around for us. We have had nothing but good experiences with Bulwark Exterminating.

Fernando Sanchez always seems to have a smile on his face and has time to answer questions, or look into a questionable area if pointed out. They have it on file that we have a desert tortoise in the back yard, so they check to see where she is before spraying the back perimeter. I appreciate.

Eric Burch is an awesome tech! He is extremely friendly and thorough. He always asks us about any particular problems we may be experiencing and then treats our home accordingly. He happily sprays indoors or set traps indoors as well if we request it.

Pulled up he was already spraying . Asked if i wanted the garage done as it was open. Payne was a very nice guy.

Today we requested the patio furniture undersides be sprayed which he did with a smile. We discussed the possibility of rodents in our attic.he provided me with some sticky traps. Should we discover there is actually something there we are to call him and he will get rid of them.

We purchased the scorpion elimination package on Angie's List from Bulwark after finding a scorpion in the garage. Bulwark contacted me the same day and scheduled my service. Technician showed up on time and completed the service keeping mindful of our dogs. We have only seen one scorpion since and it was already dead. $99.00 was a small price to pay for our peace of mind. Thank you Bulwark.
