Description of Work: We originally had a problem with ants in our front downstairs bathroom and they came out and sprayed all around the house and inside under the sink. That seemed to take care of the issue. They also left some bait traps under the sink too. We went ahead & decided to have them come out every other month. They tell us if we see any insects or have any issues to give them a call and they will come out sooner. Once we did have a problem with ants in our upstairs shower. The technician Tevita Fine came out and sprayed all around our bathroom and shower and we have not seen anymore ants since.

We've used other exterminating companies and Bulwark has been the best. Whatever they've been doing has helped with the Scorpion issue and they're very responsive.

 + -1 moreGreat! Fernando is our new pest guy and he was funny and personable. He understood my concern about chemical sensitivity in my dogs and treated the inside of the house appropriately. He also explained the treatments he would be doing outside (also explaining he couldn't treat for the mouse I saw because of the dogs). Perfect.
Description of Work: Have used Bulwark for years, then rented the house. When moving back in, determined the tenants stopped the pest control! Spotting 1 scorpion on the back porch, one panicked phone call, and they were back out immediately (within 2 days because of a holiday) to treat the house and yard! They'll be out every other month to make sure no creepies come inside!

I've used Bulwark Exterminating before with awesome results (virtually no bugs), so I was thrill to learn that they do service the Pahrump NV area. I will be setting up service every other month just like before.

 + -1 moreMy tech, Payne Kee, told me he will come anytime I see a problem between regular services. Tiny sugar ants and Box Elders suddenly appeared out of nowhere, in between services. In the river rocks and grass, right next to the house. I called around 5pm and he was here the next morning. He came up with a plan that was tailor fit to my house, yard and the specific problem. Good customer service and fast execution. They kept their promise. Thumbs up on this one.

 + -1 moreBulwark sends an email a day or two before our scheduled spray day to let us know it's coming up. Fernando is our tech, and he is always on schedule. I'm not always home when he visits, but when I do speak to him, he is always friendly and easy to talk to. Just as importantly, he's doing a good job, because we never (*knock wood*) have any bugs in our home.
