Bulwark Exterminating Las Vegas

We had a terrible problem with scorpions in our house. We called Bulwark and the problem was easily fixed. Sam is very knowledgeable and very attentive. Now, no more scorpions!

Went well, Marty K. did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing and goin over if the chemicals were pet and child safe. He even let me borrow his screwdriver as I had misplaced mine while working on a project. He was warm and very professional and highly recommend him.

Great! Our technician is Sam Smith and he is always professional, polite and efficient. He even gives us a courtesy phone call about 15 minutes before he arrives to allow me time to put our dogs in a secure location. We really appreciate Sam's knowledge and expertise.

I was scheduled for a visit on 03/14/2018 at 2:00 pm. I've been meaning to write a review regarding the excellent service. Payne called me on my cell when he arrived at our house for his scheduled visit. He was on time. During this call, he wanted to follow up and ask if I had any issues since his last visit. I really appreciate the follow-up calls and Payne is excellent at his job.

Maxx Bruno placed traps and came back out to check them a few days later. He checked around for traces of the rodent then reassured us that he was not in our house and he was either dead or dying somewhere. The very next day we found the rodent dead and we were able to get rid of it. Thanks Maxx!

My service technician, Anthony, did a great job. He was timely, efficient and thorough and best of all - he had a great attitude and was polite.

Our technician Sam was very professional and took time to make sure previous notes were read, primarily because we have a turtle hibernating in the backyard. Every technician for almost 2 years Has paid attention to that very important detail.

Sam Smith provided services 1/29/18. I received a text message 2 days prior to remind me of the scheduled service. The day of the service Sam texted me when he was his way to my home. He arrived promptly and did a thorough job. He also let me know when he was leaving and locked the gate upon my request. He even let me know that if I had any issues or saw any creepy crawlies (my words, not his) to reach out and he would come over immediately. 5 STAR SERVICE!

Marty Kirk is our assigned pest control tech and I have to say that he always goes above and beyond every time he services our home. We went on vacation for the holidays and shortly after returning we found a scorpion on our bedroom wall and killed it. Marty walked with me through the inside of our house and went above and beyond treating our home and careful around all of our dog’s toys and beds. I highly recommend Marty and Bulwark for all of your pest control needs . When we moved here from Virginia Beach last year the outside was overrun with scorpions and Marty have crushed them like a bug and really slowed them down to almost none!!! If you have any issues between treatments the come back at no extra cost. You just cannot beat there service and techs . ASK FOR MARTY, he is awesome!

Sam Smith with Bulwark came out to our house to spray for scorpions. He was extremely thorough and spent a long time helping us.

Saw a scorpion in the kitchen. Called Mr. Sam Smith and he responded within 1 hour. He personally came out and surveyed the scene. He performed the necessary treatments. Always satified with his work. I highly recommend him.

We have requested specifically for Chris Paige to exterminate our home for years. He is very respectful, friendly, and most importantly he gets the job done good and right. We never have pest problems but when we find just one bug, Bulwark will offer to spray our home again free of charge. Great service, great product, great business, and a very happy customer. Bulwark has been a good company for many many years. And we really always felt Maze did a good job (prompt and efficient). However, they recently had a software change and missed a couple of appointments, for which they did provide a credit. Unfortunately, the communication between their software, and Maze has been less than responsive. I still use them as I want to see if the software situation and the communication between customer and vendor improves.

Have had 10 years now. Maze continually does a very thorough job. He checks with me about my needs before he starts. Fortunately I have had NO bugs since I've had this service. Maze put a sticky pad in the storage unit of the BBQ cause I was having trouble with a mouse. No more mouse. He removed the sticky pad along with the mouse. Left another sticky pad and it captured a snake. Maze is very professional and conscience. A great asset to Bulwark's firm. They have a truck with a long hose, not just a canister on their back with poisons. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
