Great! I saw a scorpion in my bedroom and found Bulwark Exterminating. They responded to my online inquery within 30 minutes and sent our tech out next day. Our tech, Sam was wonderful!!

It is important that the company recognize the tremendous value a manager like Sam brings. His military background instilled within him an obvious work ethic. I did not have to ask Sam or worse instruct him what to do. Sam anticipated my questions, concerns & addressed them all proactively. I had a sighting of multiple insects in one place. Sam not only took care of that space, but he sprayed the interior of the home to ensure I did not have future issues. Additionally, Sam volunteered to spray the garage, & exterior side wall of my home that may have been previously neglected. This is A+ service! Sam provided his card & requested I follow up with a call should I need further assistance. Way to go Sam!

Sam is the best! When the weather started heating up we started to notice little scorpions making their way inside the garage on the sticky traps. We called him up and he was there that day right away to spray everything. He’s very responsive and takes care of all our bugs! Don’t know how we managed without him!

Sam Smith came out, listened to all of my concerns and addressed them immediately. He explained how the silverfish were getting into the house and told me how he was going to correct it, and he did. He's a very fast, competent, intelligent and friendly man! We're so happy and lucky that he works at Bulwark. =D

The price not so good cause I was told it be certain amount for 6 months but they claim they meant 6 months including in between scheduled visit. They promised a manager will call me back but never did. They then assured me someone will come out at 1st available by 9am instead I had to wait until 4pm. They must have not sprayed enough cause 2weeks later (which is the service I’m reviewing 5/9 ) I saw another Scorpion!!! The tech was fantastic SAM he’s been before a few times and always does a great job. The company agents you speak to are not very friendly and tell you things just to get you off the phone they should really take some notes from the techs for better costumer service. I will be cancelling all future service because of the agents who answer the phone. The only think good about my service with Bulwark are the tech nothing else and I hope they will still get their tip because they are not the issue!!!
