When I told him the problem we were having with openers he immediately knew what was wrong and gave me step by step directions to fix the problem. No service call and no charge.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. I didn't spend any more than the coupon. We found our garage door opening at will because of the garage pad and the other garage doors in the neighborhood so he came back and redid it so we wouldn't have that issue. He was here on time. He worked efficiently. I didn't have any complaints. I was not disappointed at any point.

Shane installed two garage doors for us and replaced our rollers. I am a DYI'er and he stopped me in HD and gave me some helpful hints. Just out of the blue I asked him how much it would cost me to replace me old unit. He then gave me a great deal on a second unit and he gave me a steel. Thanks Shane!!!

He was immediately responsive to the problem. He was there to check it out within a half hour. He called me since the problem was at a house I own, but not where I live, and described the problem and sent me a picture of the cracked door. He gave me the selection of colors of replacement doors and even recommended that I get the one without windows as a safety concern. His crew arrived early the next morning to remove the broken door and install the new door. He then came back and installed a deadbolt type of locking device on the door. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism and would be happy to give my highest recommendation to anyone with a garage door problem.

The boss happened to be in my far north neighborhood when I called ABS. So in 15 minutes he was here, gave me an estimate below what two others had quoted over the phone, and less than an hour later I have new springs installed and a new remote. Without a doubt this was the fastest repair I have ever had the pleasure to experience, although it was unexpected that the truck would have been so close when I called. We had damage to our single car garage door. We called several places, on recommended by our insurance company. I look up Shane on Angie's list and he gave me the best price. Polite, professional and knowledgable. Young man knew exactly what he was doing. The installation was a breeze for him and took less than 1 hour to remove old sensors and door opener and install the new equipment. The guide rail from my old system was used as it was a one piece bar verses multiple pieces that come with the Chamberlain door system. I could have purchased the same system from Home Depot or Lowes for $130-$150 dollars and installed it myself. But I would still be in the garage installing it!!! Thank you ADS for a job well done.

Shane arrived on time. Very nice and personable. I showed him what needed to be done, he got to work and when he was finished I was a happy customer. We will call on him to service our garage doors every time.

On late Saturday night my old cheap overhead garage door bent and folded like an accordian AND fell off the track. It was done for. No fixing it. Sunday morning I called Shane, expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, he not only answered the phone, he made arrangements to stop by that afternoon and take a look at it. I had done my research online with what the expected cost would be ($600-$1200) and his quote fell right into that range ($850) and then I elected to replace the springs also for another $150. Shane not only finished the work by the next afternoon, he hung a tennis ball so we knew exactly when we were in the garage far enough and he also took away the old damaged door. CALL SHANE. Don't call anyone else. CALL SHANE!

There wasn't much to it, but he did what we expected. He told us what he was doing while he was doing it and what we could expect in the future. He got in touch with us right away. I probably would use them again.

It went well one of the best I have had in awhile as far as customer service and great listener. He knocked it out in a little over an hour and I was good to go. I should say when shane first came out we talked about what would need to be done. after that he helped me fix some of the damage I caused to the door with my car. No charge no problem. I'll keep this guy in my phone. I know who to turn to for this kind of work. What else can I say? Great!!

We upgraded opener in power and to quieter drive. Will do same for double door opener when it dies. Extremely personable.

Evidently my gardener disconnected the garage door from the drive and I didn't realize what was going on as the door stopped moving up and down. I checked Angieslist and called for repairs from the guy who had the most good comments. Wow, he asked me to hold the phone near the garage door opener so he could hear the motor, he asked me a few questions, then instructed me on what to do. The lever connecting the door to the drive needed to be moved to another position and the door works fine. I will definitely call ADS the next time I need work done on my garage door. I thought it was very generous of him to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and not charge me for a service call.

Shane came to our house to estimate the work on the day and time he said he would. When we discussed the kind of installation and the kind of door we have, Shane discussed the options for installing the insulation, and came up with a way to solve thei problem of insulation panels falling out of the door, due to the kind of door we have. The door doesn't have a lip on two of its four panels; the lip holds in the insulation, so it's possible the insulation could have fallen out after installation. However, Shane put in a metal strap across the two panels that make up the door and don't have the lip. So, now, the staps hold the insulation in place mechanically, and we don't have to worry about it falling out. There was no need to use adhesive. The entire job, including the extra metal strapping, was done in an hour to 75 minutes, and for the price we'd been quoted; we did not have to pay extra for the metal strapping (parts or labor).. Shane gave us the Angie's List discount, on his own initiative. The bill was less after he learned where we got his company's name than he'd originally quoted us, and even the first amount was very reasonable. He was prompt, friendly, open to discussing options, and satisfied our every expectation, and then some. We would use him in the future if we have other garage door issues besides the insulation.

Arrived on time, had the job done in under one hour, this included explaining to me the maintenance.

About two hours after my call, a young man, Tyson, arrived, sized up the situation, put new screws through their metal frame into the old wooden frame, and when done, I was called out to see that it now allowed the garage door to raise and close. He mentioned the cost first, which was very reasonable. A less honest person would have tried to sell me a whole new door. I certainly will use this company should I have any further problems. Also will recommend them to friends.

It went great. Shane arrived within 1-1/2 hours of the door breaking. He replaced the garage door the next day, helped me to pick out the appropriate color and explained the damage on the previous door.

I had trouble with overhead garage door going completely up or down. Tried to adjust the settings but could not get to work. On the phone, he indicated it could be a gear and how much it would be. When he showed up, he immediately said that it was not a gear and just needed to be lubricated. I thanked him for his honesty and for this reason, would definitely call him the next time I have a problem. Will call him also when I need a replacement opener.

This was a Sundoy morning and I needed someone immediately. My husband is handicapped and gets very agitated whenever something goes wrong. I called Sean early on Sunday morning because he listed 24/7 service. I would have normally called someone else, but Sean was the only one with 24/7 service. I apologized for calling him so early. He came immediately even though it involved driving from one end of the town to the other. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Sean even gave me an Angies List discount without my asking. I really appreciate him taking care of me so quickly and will use him in the future.

The whole experience was stressful, especially having a garage door that could not lock for the night. Shane suggested how to lock it temporarily and it worked! So I am happy.

Garage door passed inspection, moving parts were lubricated.
