My garage door would not open properly, getting stuck at various intervals. I called ADS and Shane walked me through some quick visual trouble shooting. He was able to quickly isolate the problem. He was in the middle of a job, and told me he would call back within the hour, which he did. I also wanted a keyless entry pad installed and scheduled an appointment for installation for the next day. He came right on time, and quickly installed it. He answered all my questions, was courteous, prompt and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again. He gave me helpful suggestions for preventative maintenance as well.

He came out and installed a keypad and gave my garage a "tune-up" which consisted of a much needed wd-40 spray. In addition he gave me a garage clicker and installed a part in the motor case itself. Without that part my clicker would not work. He also programmed my garage opener that comes with my car. He charged me nothing beyond the 99.00 as a way to apologize for us not being able to get together for an appointment. Very good service and takes care of his customers. Happy customer, loyal customer

Service was prompt and efficient. Since garage door was relatively new, it didn't need much work but installer was pleasant to deal with.

The owner of the company called a couple weeks after the purchase of the deal and asked if he could come by the following day for the installation because he was in the area. It was a little inconvenient, but we were worked it out. The owner was the actual person who responded. He was friendly, but in a hurry. He briefly inspected the garage doors in operation, then installed the unit (a little crooked) and had me set my code into the key pad. Once the unit was installed, he sprayed WD40 on the springs and tracks. That was the "lubrication" part of the deal. He then removed the stickers off the interior of my garage doors that were placed there by the company that installed them, and replaced them with his own company stickers, assuming this would be okay with me. He was gone in less than 10 minutes. I suppose I expected a little more from the service provided. The actual wireless keypad he installed goes for $33.99 plus tax and shipping on the internet. A can of WD40 goes for about five bucks. In hindsight, I should have done this myself. Lesson learned.

We bought a foreclosed home and wanted to make sure the garage door was in good shape plus install a keypad. He was on time was very professional and did quality work. Keypad works great - even in colder weather and the door maintenance was fine (it didn't need much-just some lubricant) and he even gave me an extra remote since we only had one.

I ordered the deal, called and scheduled for the next day and he was here 5 minutes early. it took about 30 minutes and he was done, and we are thrilled. He answered my questions and he even set the light to go on when we open the door and then it goes off automatically! this is our first garage - we had no clue, he explained the regulare maintainance we need to do. Very helpful!

Shane was a few minutes late, but called me to let me know he was on his way, so no problem there. He assessed my garage door needs and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. My door now sounds and performs like it did the day I bought it 12 years ago! I would definitely recommend.

Shane was prompt and very courteous. He got rid of the irritating squeak in the garage doors. He checked everything, lubricated the parts and installed the keypad. It was a good experience and I will use him again.

The technician arrived on time and performed the service that we had requested. He was very professional and explained everything as he went. He fixed all the noises on the garage door, installed and tested the keypad and carefully went over the best way to maintain the door in the future. He was very thorough and made sure that we were satisfied with the service. If we require future service for our garage door we will definitely call them.

On a Sunday afternoon, Shane provided a very fair estimate over the phone and stated he would be to do the repair Sunday evening in order that I could get out of the garage early Monday morning. He arrived on time and replaced the broken spring in a very timely manner. Compared to other garage door repair businesses, ADS had the best price. It was nice to have someone go beyond normal business hours to help out and not charge an outlandish price. I would use ADS again.

I called to have my garage door checked and serviced. ADS called when they were on their way. They checked everything over, took photos of the problem and gave me the cost break down which consisted of both parts and labor before starting work. The price was very reasonable and the repair was completed in an expeditious manner. The technician checked over all of the parts and lubricated those that needed it. He showed me how and where to apply lubrication on the various moving parts. Upon completion of the repair, I was shown the faulty part. I asked about prices for possible future repairs and was very pleased with the information given to me. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely both use and recommend this company again.

My opener failed completely on a Sunday. I called Shane and he actually answered his phone. He proceded to help me troubleshoot over the phone. Shane provided an over-the-phone estimate of $375 for a replacement. He asked me about the age of the unit while troubleshooting because he was seeing if a repair would make sense. Given the age of my old unit though a replacement was in order. I called him several days later to schedule the repair. You know what? He was at Disneyland and he still answered his phone. Tyson, one of his team called me and scheduled the repair for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to get a bill that was $80 less than the estimate. Tyson was quick, neat, and did a great job. The replacement unit is a Liftmaster 3280M. He took his trash with him, even though he could have put it in my garbage can. I think the price was excellent. I am a happy customer and will definitely use them again.

When we moved into our new home, we were only given one remote for one of two garages. When I called him, he gave me a quote over the phone. The next day, he arrived on time and had two garages openers reprogrammed into universal units and installed a number key pad. Upon inspection, broken springs were discovered. He had it replaced at a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgable and skillful. He had performed everything within one hour. I would highly recommend his service and would use him again in the future!

Got call from craftsman within 10 minutes of my contact. Arrive 30 minutes later and completed the job. Job was well priced, well done, could not be happier. Great Job. PS Sent to another location to replace springs.

Having used ADS before for my own opener/garage door problem, I recommended him to my elderly mother who had a broken spring. He responded quickly the next day, at the prescribed time, and did good work. Springs were replaced and door was inspected. The cost was $300 LESS than one of the large companies that advertises in periodicals quoted the previous day.
