The power washing occurred the evening of the day before painting was to begin. Peter's team did a thorough job of raking back the stone from the foundation and then washing all the surfaces to be painted. The team returned promptly at 7 am the next day to begin masking, repairing minor defects in the stucco, caulking door and window frames and other penetrations, priming door trim and other surfaces as required, and then painting. The painting and all cleanup was completed in one day, and as described in the estimate. The price included all labor, supplies and paint. Peter visited the work site multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. Also, his team lead, Hector, remaining in contact with us as the work progressed to check if we remained satisfied. There was a gallon or less of each paint color remaining when the crew was finished, so there was no waste to speak of.

Excellent. They were on time and very professional! Very pleased with their work! Would highly recommend!

Didn't end up using them for the job.

Peter came and looked at it said he could do it for $3000.00. He was not able to get to it then but would be able in 6 weeks. In 6 weeks he came back we signed a contract and two days later the workmen showed up and started on my roof. It was all completed in two days. Peter came back and showed us photos of what was wrong with the roof and what had been done to repair it. I paid him his $3000.00 and he left. It has rained several times since then and my roof no longer leaks. This company was professional, and friendly. What was promised was done and the estimated cost was the cost I was asked to pay after the work was done. It was quick and done properly to fix the problem. Another company wanted to do the whole roof for a cost of $15,000.00 Peter told me that wasn't necessary as he could repair just the leaking part, which is what he did. He is an honest man and I certainly recommend A & P to anyone who needs their services.

They far exceeded expectations! Beyond repairing the damaged spot in roof, they went around and sealed every crack they could find, matched and replaced several tiles, and dealt with our insurance company. Terrific work and service!

The crew of three men arrived at 7 AM and worked very hard throughout the day. All the work was excellent. I would hire them again for other work as needed.

Peter and his team did an excellent job. I never take the time to write reviews but I felt it important to do so both for Peter's business and future customers looking for a painter. Painting a house is a rather big investment and I found A & P to be the professionals I was looking for in a painter. I would highly recommend and will use A & P for all my painting and roofing needs going forward.

I never heard back from him. It's now three weeks and I've chosen another contractor to do the job. I can't say whether this company does good work or not, but my experience was poor. I was stunned given their high rating on Angie's List that they failed to follow through, or at least let me know they were interested in my business.

Peter is fantastic. So nice and professional. The work was done exactly how he said it would and they were able to do it quickly.

I'm very pleased with the results. Peter and his crew came out and pressure washed the house, repaired some stucco, filled in cracks, repaired wood trim and painted. Peter and his crew are very professional and hard workers. They finished the job in quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely used A&P Painting and Roofing again. Peter is honest and won't take payment until the job is complete. When Peter came out to give an estimate he explained everything and answered all my questions.

They were honest and responsiveness. He was clear, the price is always more then what you would like but it was good for the amount of work. I think they did good.

The crew did an excellent job. We are completely satisfied with the quality of work and the crews work ethic. Hector the crew leader is meticulous I asked him about this and he said he approaches the job as if it was his mothers home and it carries to his work ethics. Very happy with the materials the company uses. Quality through out.

Peter called me within hours of requesting a proposal, he came the next day to see the property. He went up on the roof and told me what repairs needed to be done. Within a few days the repairs were completed. Then the house painting started on a Monday and was done by Wednesday. All crew members were polite, answered all my questions and completed their work in a timely manner. Peter checked on the work daily and did a final walk around with us to make sure we were happy with everything. In addition to the stucco and wood trim, they also painted 4 metal gates on the property. We plan to have them back to do the interior of our home.

Peter gave us his estimate of $750, after checking out the entire roof. There were several spots that needed attention; he showed us the photos of those areas; it had to do with misc cracked or broken tiles, and deteriorating flashing. It seemed like a reasonable estimate, so we had him go ahead with the work. Very pleased with his timely response. He used the extra tiles that we had on hand and used new tiles in areas that would not be seen from the street. There was a subtle difference in color shade, so it was no big deal. We saw the photos of the completed work. Very professional. We will use their service again as needed.

Peter and his son Peter were professional and showed up on time and performed an interior and exterior inspection of the leaks. He recommended a broader area to repair for both leaks as well as to replace any broken tiles and to seal all pipe and vent areas as well as repair any hairline cracks in tiles that need not be replaced. His worker Leo and friend showed up on time and completed the work in one day to include any cleanup. They matched my tiles in color and even left me a few spares. I couldn't be happier with this company and will definitely use again, if need be.

After very unsatisfactory response from my home owners warranty service provider which was TLC Roofing which drug on for over a month, I opted to find a repair service for my leaking roof. I contacted A&P Roofing because of the A rating and it's family owned. Peter Reid assessed my roof the same day I called and my roof was repaired within 2 days. I was very happy with the service and follow-up with before and after photos to present to my home insurance company for reimbursement of funds paid and to repair ceiling damage.

When a freak wind gust broke several tiles on the roof of our rental house in Henderson, I called several roofers, and Pete was able to come over the next day. He gave us a reasonable estimate and then came back a couple of days later and did the repairs. He also spotted and repaired a few other minor problems on the roof, which probably had not been inspected in 10+ years. He communicated well, explained all the repairs in detail, documented everything with photos, was courteous to the tenant and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. We were very pleased and may use him again for painting and other work.

The owner, Peter, was great. He was responsive and hands-on. Provided an estimate on-the-spot. I wanted the same color and he was able to make a perfect match. Crew was professional , considerate and efficient. Power washed one day and came back the following to paint. Covered everything (light fixture, doors, windows) with plastic. Repairs and painting were completed in one day. At the end of the job they cleaned everything up only leaving behind a beautiful paint job.

Peter Reid the owner, arrived to give me a quote. Very easy to talk with, even tho my house was over due for TLC. He reassured me it was very doable. Small crew power washed and stucco repaired on Friday. The rest of the crew showed up early on Saturday and painted on Saturday. My two story house was completed in two days. From the very first call Peter was very professional. He committed to call me back because he was on a job and he called me back promptly as he promised. When they came for the estimate he was prompt and personable. He determined the cause of the leak on the patio and determined the materials necessary to make the repairs. Since he was going to need to paint around the newly replaced fascia on the patio Peter pointed out to me how the fascia around the entire house was in need of painting. He was obviously very right about the need for painting and offered a very fair price to paint the entire house while he was painting the patio. When the crew came out to do the repairs they were prompt and professional. They did an outstanding job and the patio is like new again. The painter who painted the fascia on the exterior of the house put on one primer coat and recognized there was still bleed through so he used a second coat of primer. Thereafter he put on two coats of paint all the way around the house. It looked very nice and very professional. I'm sure it will last for a long while. There was a hole in her bathroom drywall and three patches that needed to be made after security bars we're installed for my disabled husband. The results of the repairs and touch up painting are outstanding. He perfectly matched texture and since we had the original paint when the house was painted 3 years ago there is no sign that repairs have been made on our drywall and numerous locations throughout our house. After the job was finished I found a few paint splatters on the concrete driveway and walkway and when I called Peter he personally came and got on his hands and knees and scrubbed up all the paint. A lot of the paint was pre-existing but he cleared all the spots that I was concerned about including the pre-existing spots from a previous painting by another contractor. I highly respect Peter with the quality of work he provided, with the outstanding service, and all communication from the first call to his final visit. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism and I received from Peter and his son Peter.
