Description of Work: The Company sent a young man, Alex, to clean my wall-to-wall carpets which were badly stained in several areas. The last carpet cleaner only removed these same stains partially, and within a few days, the stains re-appeared. This young man took his time, and for an extra small fee he removed these stains completely! Will definitely call this company next time I need my rugs cleaned.
