About us

Vesta Inspections is a State of Nevada limited liability corporation providing property inspection services to buyers of residential and commercial real estate located in S. Nevada, including Las Vegas, Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mount Charleston, and the surrounding Clark county area. Vesta is made up of one owner/operator and does not currently use subcontractors. The owner/operator, Dean McGlasson, is a State of Nevada Certified Inspector of Structures, certification no. IOS.0000880-RES. Vesta is bonded and insured for professional liability/errors & omissions, and general liability. Fee's are charged according to the square footage of the structure and begin at $250.00. A 10% travel surcharge applies for areas outside of Clark County. Vesta is proud to offer Angies List members $25.00 off our standard residential inspection fees. Vesta also offers free lifetime follow-up consultation service with every home inspection and free re-inspection service for up to 90 days following the initial home inspection. Dean McGlasson is a member in good standing and an active volunteer with the local Southern Nevada Association of Professional Property Inspectors (SNAPPI).
