+ -1 moreThe work was done in under 2 hours to the tune of $513.00. We are very dissatisfied with the cost. We will not hire them again even though the technician, Brian, did a very good job. I think this is an excessive amount of money for the time spent. Even if we included the time to drive to our house, it still would have been 2 hours. He arrived at 8:40 and left at about 10:15!
Description of Work: Sunrise came back a second time to replace a Moen spool (they provided the part) and also replaced a Grohe hose and Quick Disconnect in the kitchen, which we provided.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty well. The secondary faucet in my kitchen is kind of loose. They faucet in the bathroom is also kind of loose. It doesn't seem to be Sunrise's fault, though. I'm going to have them come out and repair those faucets for me again.
Description of Work: They repaired my kitchen faucets. They replaced my dishwasher hose as well. They also repaired a bathroom faucet.

Description of Work: Brian just finished a number of small issues. Boy did he do a great job! He did find 2 problems that need further fixing. He said he needs to do some further research. With the small issues that were fixed, he explained everything he did and showed us where each problem was. Brian also gave us alternatives for a more economical fix.

Todd Turner was friendly, talkative, full of great advice (related to the job), but also very professional. I can't say enough good about him. I might even frame his business card.

The toilet had to be rebuilt with all new mechanics and seals. No leak in the MB sink was found. I was completely satisfied with the results and would recommend both Sunrise Services and Brian.

This was for an service call, and then there was an $30.00 credit, and the labor and parts. It came out for less than it would have cost with the credit. I had to get the parts, and they came back, and helped me out also. They came back the next day, and the plumber did what was needed.Yes, I would use them again.

I was lucky to have been referred to Sunrise Service as I've had many AC issues to deal with and I am often on the East Coast or in Europe. Dave Reynor is the best guy to work with-- he is quick to repond, diligent, and smart! He has saved me many a headache and I will only be working with Sunrise Service in the future. The staff at Sunrsie is great, too!

I like them. They do a great job. This time, what we needed they weren't able to provide because we would have to open the walls to make it work and I wasn't willing to do that.

They came back finished the job promptly. cleaned up, they were very professional and informative explaining why the valve was leaking. They did a beautiful job would hire them for any service that they perform.

+ -1 moreWhen scheduling the appointment, I stated specifically the make and model of the filter to be installed, anticipating that the plumber would be properly equipped to perform the installation within the reasonable period of time. When the plumber arrived, he suggested a metal 'splitter' to be used rather than the plastic one that came with the filter assembly. I agreed, after however he stated he didn't have one and would have to shop for one then return the next day When he returned, he stated he couldn't find one so we had to use the original. So, the second day was wasted, which I had to pay for additional to my payment to Angie's List. Although I stated in the above I would use this vendor again, it would only be after more carefully shopping others first.
