Spiffy Clean House Cleaning Service

I hired Spiffy Clean on June 26, 2019. Gena & Gloria came in at about 9:30am. They worked very hard and did a very good job. We were so impressed we asked them to do our home every month. They were a little expensive compared to the other cleaning services we have used but they were very detailed in the work they did and seemed to take real pride in it too. The next month they didn't show up or call. I called Gena and she appologized and said she thought our appointment was next week. I said alright we will wait until next week. Well, next week no show and no call. I called several times and left several messages. I texted her too. Never got a returned call or text. We wondered if something happened to her but both of them had our contact information. Still have never heard from either one of them so I stopped trying. Very bad for business and they did such a good job too. Sad.
