It took several days for Joe to return my initial call. There wasn't much flexibility to scheduling him. He said they're only on my side of town in the mornings so I couldn't get them in the afternoon as I preferred. He showed up with another guy on time and they got to work. Joe was pretty patronizing and it irritated me, but they got done and got out in a few hours. They absolutely overcharged me because they knew I had a 10% off coupon from the newspaper that they advertised in, so they padded that 10% on to take it off later. Most of the work was fine, but one of the curtain rods is crooked (I could've done better) and the fan they installed in the master bedroom is mis-wired so the remote button to turn on the light actually turns on the fan and the buttons to change fan speeds actually turn on and off the light. When I called him to come back and fix this, he insisted the wiring was correct and the remote must be broken. He kept reiterating that "those remotes are idiot-proof" and he'd never heard of this happening before. And that he'd come out to check it but if it wasn't a wiring problem he'd charge me again. He implied that I'd done something to it to mess it up. He was so obnoxious that I'd rather leave the fan the way it is than ever have him in my house again!
Description of Work: Installed four ceiling fans and a few curtain rods and hold backs.
