Description of Work: They were supposed to do a clean-out for $300. They added 2 people on to their 3 person crew near the end of the job (with out informing me). When they were done they informed me it cost more because they added 2 people. The never asked, never let me know I'd pay more, and never communicated about the need for more people. That's not acceptable.

Description of Work: I purchased a 9 hour deep clean, with several items such as the counters, walls and floors scrubbed, with the floors being a priority. | |The 3 women arrived promptly and worked very hard for the entire 3 hours. The areas they cleaned were cleaned well and they asked questions when ever they weren't sure about something. The only issue I had was that I was very specific about the floors both in my email questioneer and in person when they came, but the floors were just damp mopped as they left. There was a lot to do and they just ran out of time. I am not upset about this, just disappointed as the floors are something I can't myself so I wish they had spent less time dusting and more time getting the floors clean. I would use them again and this time ask that the floors be done first and then damp mopped over when they are leaving.

Description of Work: We have a large home. The provider performed a very deep spring cleaning. They cleaned from ceiling fans to baseboards. They sent 4 people which allowed them to finish quickly and be thorough.
