Description of Work: I've used Mother Earth Maids a few times now and they have been nothing short of professional and thorough. I chose them because they use their own non toxic ingredient, eco friendly cleaning solutions. Plus, they are always very punctual and they did a fantastic job on my house. A bit pricier than some other companies but I like how responsive they are anytime I've reached out with questions, so being able to communicate with them easily is important to me. I will definitely continue to use Mother Earth Maids!

We apologize if there was additional tasks required and the manager did not offer you more time. Perhaps there was a communication error in the client notes. If at anytime additional service/ time is required we will do our best to move the schedule around to accommodate our first time clients. For exact details on pricing and time our office staff is always available to discuss and communicate requests directly with the staff. As many clients are only wanting to use the time purchased and are not happy when we offer more time, sometimes the managers take it upon themselves to assume, and for that we are sorry! Please do not hesitate to inform us when more then what we have provided is needed!

Description of Work: The staff arrived an hour early as there was a communication error. They willing came back an hour later as I was not ready for them. They cleaned two bathrooms, one bedroom, kitchen and living/dining area. |They worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant.
