Description of Work: The first visit they did a good job, aside from breaking an antiques chess piece. 2nd visit things were fine, 3rd visit it was like a totally different crew showed up. They didn't clean the hood over the cook top, the stainless steel appliances were streaked, things didn't sparkle like they did the first visit. They were supposed to be there for 2-2.5 hours they were there 1.5 hours. We had them change our sheets, when I went to launder them the fitted sheet was ripped (these are sheets that were in great shape) They must have been in a hurry and pulled the sheets off and ripped them. There were also 2 of the 4 pillow cases missing- I honestly don't think they took them but they are missing. We also have to refinish a table that was in the hall- I have no idea what they could have done but the finish is ruined. They started out great and went downhill quickly
