They did a nice job but broke two fixtures which was disturbing. They were prompt for their work.

They had excellent communication leading into the appointment. Upon arrival, the crew leader discussed with me what I wanted done given the time I'd prepaid for. As expected, it was more than the coupon covered (I assumed this going in). They gladly stuck around an extra hour or so and finished the job for a bit of extra cash. All-in-all they did a great job, were very friendly, and very professional. Next time I splurge for a good cleaning, I won't call anybody else.

They went above and beyond, cleaning high shelves, tops of high cabinets, all fans, etc. I was very pleased with the job and decided to have them come once a month. There was no high pressure or contract to sign. I am on a monthly. every 4 week schedule. They have come once again, on time, with all cleaning supplies and equipment and did a fantastic job again!

They sent 3 people for three hours. They worked on 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. Now these rooms were not in really terrible shape, but they did need attention. While I am not overwhelmed by the speed of their work, they did the job as I asked, concentrating on what I wanted completed. They did do a few extra things that were nice like cleaning the AC vent and even changing out the filter for me. I don't think I would pay full price for this crew mostly because of speed, but it did translate into thorough cleaning enough to satisfy me.

The service went very well. I had some scheduling issues but these were on my end and the company was very accommodating. On the date of service, the 3 housecleaners arrived on time and were dressed very professionally. They asked me what I wanted them to focus on. The house was admittedly a mess so they did a very good job. They advised that they would be unable to entirely finish in the 6 hours (2 hours per maid) so I paid an additional $35 for 1/2 hour to finish. The house came out very clean. Their regular prices are a bit high on average but probably worth the cost.

They did a wonderful job, focusing on our priority list. After the work was done, they took me through the house to show me what had been done and to make sure I was happy with it. They were very professional and thorough.

They were fantastic and very good. They did a great job for $149. They did a fabulous job and were very thorough. Even though they had time constrains, they brought enough man power. I did buy an extra hour because they didn’t get to the kitchen within that time. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the work they did. The Angie's List special was a great price. Their regular prices were a bit more expensive than I expected.

I did not want to pay for additional traveling charges and had some scheduling issues.

The three ladies did a very good job on those rooms. I was hoping they might get a little done in the living room also, but the two hours ran out

Did a great job. Miranda manages the workers well and everyone knocks out the cleaning and chores quickly. The house was spotless when they left. GREAT JOB!

Owner arrived with a crew of several helpers. The team not only did a thorough cleaning of the house but included doing things that I didn't even expect, such as changing my ceiling air-conditioning filter and cleaning the outside of my downstairs windows in kitchen and dinette area as well as the sliders from my family room to my backyard. I couldn't be more impressed the courtesy and efficiency of the team. I rate their service 5 stars A+!

everything that got to was spotless but they didn't have time to do the whole house

Did an excellent job. Complete house cleaning service. Fast and efficient. Very happy with finished result. Cleaning included inside windows. base boards, lamp shades, blinds and on top of kitchen cabinets.

Mother Earth Maids are the best! They showed up on time with a crew of 5 people and performed a thorough cleaning of my apartment after I moved out. Since it was a move-out, it required a more extensive cleaning of basically all surfaces, since the place needed to be cleaned to the apartment complex's specifications in order for me to get my deposit back. Mother Earth Maids delivered. The place was spotless!! They even swept and mopped the garage! You can ask for better service!

They dusted and cleaned everywhere, baseboards, pictures, deep cleaning of bathrooms kitchen, even my oven. I was very pleased by the quality of the job. and the attention to detail that they had.

They were terrible. all of the areas they cleaned needed to be re-cleaned after they left.. The cabinets were not clean, The bathroom floorboards, and wall over the shower/bathtub and behind the toilets in both bathrooms were dirty. I have a tiny kitchen, and I just painted the cabinets and laid new floor tiles a few days prior.,so there was very little to do in there. the mail spent 2 hour "cleaning" the kitchen. She did not clean the oven, or the inside of the microwave. I am not sure what she did do in the kitchen. I was unable to express my concerns because none of the maids spoke English.

It didnt go at all.? The date they gave me was Monday 11/27, but the 27th is Thanksgiving, so they screwed up the date/time.? Also I didnt know until they emailed me with the incorrect date that they would charge me an extra $10 because they said I am outside of their service area.

At this point I highly recommend this company. My hope is that when we have regular cleanings, we get the same team back to clean so they get to know our home. It was very hard for me to give in to have cleaners come into our house, but I am very happy I did.
