They came in after a construction project in the house had put a layer of dust EVERYWHERE! They dusted, they mopped, they cleaned, they were wonderful!

Four ladies arrived just after the scheduled time. They got straight to work, and I did a few things in the house, but had to leave to meet a repairman at another location. The ladies worked and had everything very clean in 3 hours. They cleaned the bathroom, leaving everything sparkling. Cleaned out all the drawers and cabinets. Cleaned window seals, sliding glass door slide tracking, oven, kitchen cabinets. . Just a very thorough job. Very impressed, and would use again.

The three person crew arrived on-time for my three-hour appointment, did a quick tour of the house and they got to work immediately. All persons were very pleasant and my house was sparkling at the end. Very happy with the outcome, would highly recommend purchasing this package; Mother Earth Maids are on my short list for potential monthly/bi-monthly service. :)

Everything went well> I had three girls for 2 hours per the Angie's List price and I added an extra hour for 55.00

Appointment was for 2 PM. I got a call at 2 PM saying they'd be a half hour late. At 3:30 no one had showed up, so I called and was told they'd call back, which they did. They said someone should have told me they were really late because someone was sick. They would send an extra team to finish faster. At 4:30, a team of three ladies showed up. The second team did not arrive until 5:20, and left earlier than the first team. At the final inspection, I pointed out that no one vacuumed under the bed, so they came back and did it. My wood living room hutch had speckles of fiber stuck all over the bottom shelves. I asked what they had cleaned it with. She showed me a nubby cotton cloth and said they used "water with a little oil." After they left, I noticed the same fibers sticking all over my stove top. I thought the contract stated that they would clean the baseboards. The lady said she would do it, but it was already 7 PM, so I said she could go. I am surprised that Angie's list showed such nice reviews for this company. I hope Angie's List isn't giving preferential treatment to Big Deal advertisers, and letting them delete poor reviews.

While more pricey than my previous cleaners, they are worth every cent! Polite, prompt, and professional, they do a great job. I appreciate that they create and bring their own green cleaning products. I was also really pleased and impressed that they are so willing and able to work around my schedule--having them here at the same time each week is so easy and convenient. I definitely recommend them.

One maid knocked a picture off the wall while dusting the pictures. As I walked out to see what broke, she was trying to put it back on the wall. It was at that point she decided to tell someone. I had to buy the new glass. Also, they charged an extra 5 or 10.00 "travel fee" because I lived too far away even though I am still in Las Vegas.

They were very detailed and did a really good job. They did not rush so they took care of every detail. My only disappointment was they used a rag with a stick to mop floor. This did not work - the floors were too dirty. They missed corners and areas that had things above the floor- space between the floor and stove. Refrig etc.

The 3 person staff arrived promptly and the crew manager did a walk through with me. She conveyed my wishes to the other 2 women and they started immediately. They were extremely thorough, polite and performed tasks that were above and beyond my expectations. An amazing thing is that they cleaned things that I didn't even think about.

My house looks AMAZING! Kristal and her team did an outstanding job. Very personable upon arrival. We did a walk through of home to go over anything specific that I wanted done and they got right to work. I was able to leave to run some errands and by the time I got home my house was complete. Krystal walked through the house with me and went over what they had done. I am extremely pleased with how clean my home is right now. They went above and beyond. I told her I don't want my family to come home and mess it up! Lol. The only tiny issue that I had was the out of service area fee that I was told about after purchasing the Angie's deal. Once I explained that it said nothing on deal about this fee they promptly said you are correct and we will not charge you for it. It was handle quickly and correctly. I would definitely use Mother Earth maid service again if they ever start to service the summerlin area without a fee.

There were 3 grubby bathrooms and a grungy kitchen. All the rooms need a good scrub and shine which they did. There was time left over to do some other parts of the house. I liked that they dusted the AC vents, and even changed the filter for me. Overall I was pleased.

WERE RUNNING LATE DUE TO OVERTIME AT LAST HOUSE , BUT CALLED AND LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE . THREE WORKERS CAME OVER AND CLEANED THE HOUSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM . ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE OFFER TO DO OVERTIME . MY HOUSE IS SMALL 1200 SQ. FT. I FIGURED THAT 9 MAN HRS. WAS AMPLE TIME TO CLEAN MY HOUSE WITHOUT OVER TIME (ONE BATHROOM) OVER ALL THOUGH I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK . MY WIFE WAS TOO ! IT WAS A GIFT FROM ME FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY ! WIN , WIN FOR ME

Definitely use this company again for my cleaning needs! Professionally cleaned kitchen, bathrooms, sinks, countertops. Mopped floors. Vacuumed rooms. Dusted and cleaned window sills, cleaned windows and vacuumed blinds.

Very nice people! They were pleasant to have around and very neat and efficient. They also bring all of their own equipment and green cleaning products. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt and very friendly. There were three of them so the cleaning was done quickly. They checked with us several times to see if we had any issues that needed to be addressed which we did not. Communication with their home office has always been prompt and pleasant. I have hired them to clean my home every two weeks.

Purchased this deal for an employee who was working very hard and deserved a nice treat. He and his family were very impressed with the team at Mother Earth Maids. They were blown away at how detailed they were at ensuring every single thing was clean and not a single spec of dirt was left anywhere. This employee is very very very detail oriented and for him to say good things means this service was amazing. Kudos to Mother Earth Maids.....a job well done!!!

Cleaned bathrooms, fans, woodwork, ovens, some windows. Everything that needed cleaning. They were excellent. I will be contacting them again.

Everything went really well, and it was a great experience.? The three-person crew showed on time and really went above and beyond to make sure that they did a good job.? Specifically, they weren't afraid of doing difficult tasks such as cleaning fans, the tops of bookshelves, and the interiors of windows.

The fact that the house was so clean stood out for me. They were great. They put everything back where it belonged. I had some stuff out on a counter, and they asked if I wanted them to work around it or if I wanted them to touch it. I told them to just stack it clean and feel free to move it. Anything that they had an issue on, they asked me before they did it. It's been great. I ended up hiring them to clean my house. They come weekly now, and they do a great job. The first time, they ended up having more bodies that came out, so I got more hours for the same price. The big deal price was $149. The last time they came, the price was $125. They just do an excellent job cleaning.
