He showed up exactly when he said and the job took a little under 4 hours. He took off each vent cover, cleaned the opening and then cleaned all of the ducts. Afterwards, he vacuumed up all of the dirt/debris that had fallen from taking off the covers. While he was here, he noticed that part of the furnace ducting was not secure and that a lot of the flow was just going into the garage. I had the furnace replaced a few months and ago and apparently they didn't secure it well. He secured the ducting and sealed it with metal tape. It could have been months before I noticed the problem, so I was really grateful that he caught that. Finally, he cleaned the dryer vent. We ran a load of laundry after he left and the dryer was now able to dry the clothes. Before he came, the dryer was have a hard time getting anything dry. We were hoping that the problem was the vent and not the dryer and it turns out that the vent was the blame. The final bill was the same as what he quoted me on the phone based on square footage and age of the house. Overall, I was very happy and would highly recommend him.

He completed the job in professional manner, and the time stated. Left the house clean and he was very cordial. He told us that we shouldn't need to clean for several years.

It went great. Everything was on time and cost was as quoted with no up selling or scare tactics. Great care was taken with details such as hand cleaning and reinstalling all air vents. Difference was noted in our dust issues right off the bat.

Brian was very responsive to my phone calls for questions. He called twice to let me know the estimated arrive time, which was professional and courteous. He went over what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. We have a 18 month old, and he was very conscientious about not scaring him with loud noises and he was very careful. He performed the service within the time that he estimated. He was also careful not to track any mess into the house. Extremely professional and extremely satisfied with the service and price.

I called Brian on a Tuesday morning and he was able to come out within a couple of hours. He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to clean the 24' of duct. There was so much lint that it had been causing the thermostat to shut down the dryer heating element when I was drying clothes. Once the work was finished, I did a load of laundry and the drying time was cut in half. Brian recommended that the cleaning be done every 3 to 5 years and I will certainly follow his advice. I was amazed at what a difference a clean vent made.

Brian did a great job. He was on time and explained each step as he worked.He removed each vent and the dirty filters.He covered my floor in the area where his equipment was set up. He brushed out each duct with a motorized brush and afterwords took the vents outside to brush them off before reinstalling them. He also sanitized the air ducts. After he moved his equipment outside, he showed us the filter that held the dirt from our air ducts -yuck! - and then he did the dryer vent and we saw all of that lint! He also made sure that the dryer was securely attached to vent because it was loose when he started.We will be calling him again.

He called to confirm the time we were to meet at the home that was to be cleaned. He was punctual and went right to work. The home is 15 years old and it did not appear to have been cleaned any time in the past. He did a great job and also fixed my dryer vent for me. The dryer vent appeared to be clogged and I was relieved he was able to get it cleaned out. I would recommend this company for a job well done and reasonable prices.

We had our ducts cleaned by another company about a year ago. But a chronic dust problem persisted. So we called Brian. He gave us an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment. He arrived on time and went about his business very professionally. Little to no disruption to our routine. We noticed how much more Brian did than the previous company. He actually took down each vent cover (the other company didn't) and used a powered cleaning brush in the ducts. He cleaned the cold air return filter. And he cleaned off each vent cover when he put them back up. Brian left no mess and the charge was as quoted. Now, three days later, our heating system is functioning more efficiently. And a chronic dust problem seems to have disappeared. Great job, Brian!

Brian, from All Ducts, was fabulous. I intended to have all the ducts cleaned including the dryer vent. After inspection, Brian informed me that the HVAC ducts didn't need to be cleaned, so he only did the dryer vent - which needed a cleaning. I was very impressed with his honesty and his attention to every detail! Would highly recommend.

Brian was just great. Honest and thorough in his performance of the service. I certainly hope he is still around when I need him again - which he said would probably be in about five years!

The proceeder went smooth and professional from the time he got to our home and he explained what he was going to do. Brian Burt was extremely professional and very thorough. The equipment he uses is a top notch hepa filter (4 stage system). I have a 3100++ square foot two story home that was a recent purchase. The former owner had two dogs and five cats; pet urine permeated throughout the house. The air duct cleaning was a MUST for me as it was clear that the former owner wasn't nearly as diligent as I am with regard to cleanliness. Brian was punctual upon his arrival, but he had already impressed me by giving a quote over the phone --- all he needed to know was the approximate square footage of the house and how many AC units. (what he quoted me was exactly what I paid, $279 for the ducts, and $30 for the dryer vent). Other companies were going to charge me $730 for the same service!!! Earlier the same day as the duct cleaning I had the tile/grout cleaner come through --- Brian was careful (and respectful) not to create any mess in his process.The process is quite simple once Brian ran me through it --- he removes each vent cover, shuts off the air conditioning, secures the hepa filter to a main vent, turns on the hepa filter to and quot;drawand quot; the air into the machine, then he miticulously goes to each vent using a brush and extenders and scrubs the interior of each duct. After completion of the scrubbing, he tackled the dryer vent. I took a photo of the mess he pulled from the vent but I haven't found a way to post it on this site yet --- needless to say, it was disgusting. It's amazing that the former owner could even dry her clothes the vent was so impacted with lint, pet hair and who knows what else! Brian told me to watch the performance on my own dryer once I moved in --- if I found the performance was lacking over time, he would come back and remove / replace the covering at the roof to allow unrestricted air flow and improve the performance of the dryer. (Now THAT's service from someone that loves their job). He also gave me some tips on the types of air filters to purchase (the ones I had were the most expensive on the market --- he said I could back it off by two grades, save $$ and still have excellent performance). Overall I was very pleased and have recommended his service to several friends!

Excellent experience! Brian came right on time and not only cleaned out the dryer vent but replaced a fitting for the vent that the builders had cut corners on originally, which meant a trip to Home Depot to get the right part. My laundry room is tiny, it was a really hot day but Brian kept at it until the job was done.

I called Brian based on the reviews I had read on Angie's List and took a chance. We had just been given a quote from another company for twice as much Brian charged! He was extremely professional and very nice on the phone as well as in person. He took the time to answer any of our questions, and did an extremely thorough job. Our home was built in 1991 and we have lived here 3 months. The ducts have NEVER been cleaned. By the time he was done, you could probably eat out of the ductwork, not to mention all of the vent grates he took off and HANDWASHED and santized. He educated us on the proper filters we needed and even checked the duct work for damages or leaks. Quote over the phone was exactly what we paid. House is 2000 square feet, one level. Highly recommend! A+++

Terrific We will save in the costs of air conditioning much more than we paid to have Brian clean our ducts, and we will now have a much cleaner and cooler home.

I contacted Brian on a Saturday afternoon trying to book a cleaning for the following week. Lucky for me, he had a Monday Morning opening due to a reschedule and I took him up on it. Brian was on time, professional, informative and efficient. I will be using All Ducts Cleaning for all of my duct cleaning needs from now on!

Brian arrived at the scheduled time, then shocked me when he told me that my air ducts do not need to be cleaned. This was a very honest thing for him to do. He did suggest that I use a better grade of filter, and also cleaned my dryer duct. I , highly, recommend him and will call him in the future when needed.

Great company- on time and did a great job- at a great price- you should have seen how much lint build up I had in our vent- I now can see how many house fires are caused by lint build up in the dryers- now were good for 3 more years- Did such a great job will re-hire to clean the ac vents next-

Brian was able to schedule an appointment quickly.On the day of service he called 30 minutes early to see if it would be convenient to come a bit early (it was).He has the right equipment and knowledge to do a professional job. Took the time to answer all my questions and knew what he was talking about. When the job was complete he has a and quot;periscopeand quot; type tool with a flashlight to visually inspect the newly-cleaned dryer vent. I have about a 15-foot straight run of venting and it was a relief to know that it was done right. I highly recommend this company!

Walked me through everything, moved the dryer, cleaned out the vent, and even went up on the roof to examine the top of the vent. Also explained to me the potential fire hazards associated with not cleaning out your dryer vent. I have a newer LG dryer, and Brian explained to me that if the dryer vent was full of lint and then overheats, the LG dryer would likely shut down automatically first before a fire occurred. Brian also examined all of my HVAC intake vents to see if they needed to be cleaned. He told me they did not, and recommended I keep using the higher end 3M HVAC filters. Gave me a great price quote for cleaning out the HVAC vents when I decide to do it. I will definitely use Brian again and will certainly use him when I decide to clean the HVAC vents. Brian completely cleaned the air duct system with a large (he called it 'big blue') industrial vacuum attached to one of the vent openings while numerous brushes with long extensions were put in all other vent openings. The vacuum has a filter in it just like the one that goes in your home's system. He was able to show me the dirt in the filter that came out of my duct system. This is not a 'superficial cleaning' that some scammers do. This is quality work.
