All Ducts Cleaning LLC

The owner, Brian, called to say he was running late. He had a job in Henderson and I live in Summerlin. So, I woke up early for nothing, but appreciated the fact that he called to say that he was running late. When, he showed up, his personality was brilliant and made up for his tardiness. He vacuumed the dryer vent and cleaned the vent/tubing in the ceiling all the way up to the roof. He even replaced the cheap tubing that tore when he tried to put it back in the wall. He did not charge me for the replacement tubing that he got from his work truck. He even did a special request for me for free. I asked him if he could move my washer and dryer forward and clean behind them. He vacuumed in the back of both machines. He even vacuumed the washing machine base pan and the space between both machines as well as the space between the wall and the machines. I can't reach those places and was going to do them myself, but he helped me anyway. It made me feel good that everything was now spotless, dust-free, and lint-free. He vacuumed the laundry room after he was done and was very meticulous about keeping my hallways and carpeting clean from his machines and work shoes. I will hire him to do my parents' vent as well. I highly recommend him.

Brian, the owner, was very punctual, efficent and professional. He was helpful in providing me with information that would help save me money in the future with the type of filters I use in my heating and air system. He was very neat and clean when working and made sure he cleaned up everything when he left. He let me know everything he was going to do, did it very efficently and did not try to sell me anything else.

Brian is a very nice gentleman. Polite and meticulous. He got right to work and took time to explain what he was doing and knew exactly how to do it. When I panicked and said I couldn't find my check book, I had just moved into town, he said no problem, I can send a bill. I did find it when he had finished. Very reasonable cost. Brian arrived on time, and even called 20 minutes before he arrived to make sure we were ready for him. He was polite, and took time to answer all the questions that we had. He took a lot of time to do the job thoroughly (he was there for about 4 hours). He took off all the vent covers and cleaned them by hand. There is absolutely no odor coming out of the vents, and they are super clean! I was surprised how little he charged for doing such a phenomenal job. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of these services, and will use him again myself.

We called Brian at All Ducts Cleaning in early April, 2013 and he promptly kept our appointment, in just a few days. He brought in all his equipment and sucked all the crud out of our ducts and cleaned the vents in every room— about a dozen. He spent three hours here cleaning the ducts and telling us what kind of filters to use and how to operate the system. The vents had never been used since the house was built in 1996. Just before he left, he asked if we wanted the dryer vent cleaned for and additional $30.00. We said yes, so he went up to the roof and sucked all the lint from the vent on the roof which was about five inches thick. Good decision. Brian was professional, very knowledgeable, and explained to us the workings of our system. We would not hesitate to recommend this company, and we have.

Brian removed and cleaned every register in the house and cleaned every duct run all the way up to the A/C unit. After the service Brian made sure he went around to all the registers and vacuumed the area below each register of any debris that fell. Brian then suggested that we have the dryer vent cleaned, I was very pleased that we had this work performed and was also very glad that we chose the right professional to do it. I would use Brian (All Ducts Cleaning) again in the future should the need arise and I would be confident to recommend All Ducts Cleaning to anyone who would request a recommendation.

Very professional, very nice, and very neat. Brian showed up exactly on time for the appointment. The whole process took 40 minutes, from knocking on the door to invoice. We have only lived in this house for a few months, but he said the vent had been neglected for a number of years. He cleaned it out, answered my questions about the furnace vent and filter, gave me the quote I asked for for whole house duct cleaning, and went on his merry way. Before he left, he swept the whole laundry room and put back everything he had moved in order to get to the vent. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be having them back for a whole house duct cleaning.

Brian arrived as scheduled and was very courteous and professional in his explanation as to what he was about to do. We had just bought this house and the prior owner had not done anything to it for the previous 15 years! The air conditioning unit had not been run for the previous 8 years and the ducts were filthy. I had inspected some of the duct work and the air intake to the A/C unit and there clumps of dirt and debris throughout. Brian removed and cleaned every register in the house and cleaned every duct run all the way up to the A/C unit. This was confirmed today when we had a new A/C unit installed on the roof and I saw the large duct prior to the new unit going on and they were clean. After the service Brian made sure he went around to all the registers and vacuumed the carpet below each of any debris that fell. Prior to the cleaning, Brian showed us the filters in his unit were nice and clean. After the cleaning he showed us all the crap that came out of the ducts. I was VERY glad we had this work performed and was also very glad that we chose the right professional to do it. I would use Brian again in the future should the need arise and I would confidently pass his name around to anyone of our friends that asks for a recommendation.

Amazing service. Brian was so great. My husband was very interested and concerned about the process and how it works and Brian was very patient with him and had no problem answering all his questions and talking through everything. Brian was professional and very efficient. He showed us the filter he used at the end so we could see everything he cleaned out...we loved that. We got a couple of quotes from different companies and Brian actually came in the lowest, but that wasn't the reason we decided to hire him. We went with Brian because after speaking with him on the phone we were confident he had the best equipment and he knew what he was doing. We absolutely made the right choice. Jeremy did a great job eve though he was suffering from the after effects of having his wisdom teeth pulled the day before. He was a trooper showing up at the appointed time and gave me many suggestions and pointers regarding maintenance of air ducts.

The owner of All-Ducts cleaning, Brian Burt, does the work himself. He was on-time for our scheduled appointment (even called to let us know he was on his way), explained the cleaning process to us, did a thorough job, and cleaned up all areas before leaving. He was courteous throughout his visit and was even super sweet to our dogs (who were very curious as to what he was doing!). We felt the price of the service was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. We highly recommend All-Ducts Cleaning.
