Brian was great. We had to move the appointment a couple of times because of a delayed closing, but he was friendly and understanding every time. When we finally had the work done, he arrived right on time. He used both a small brush to clean the vents as well as an air system to get into the ducts. He pointed out that a new filter is used on the machine for each job. He was also able to clear a blockage in the dryer vent. The estimate was slightly higher than expected because there were more vents than expected and we added the dryer vent at the last minute. The whole process took about 3.5 hrs (2034 sq ft, 1-story home with 14 vents plus dryer).

Great from the phone call through the completion of the job. Brian arrived on time and was polite and professional. He explained the process and what to expect. Did his work well, cleaned up, and left. Even though there turned out to be more vents than estimated, Brian charged me the low end of the estimate.

Brian did a fantastic job. He glady answered the myriad of questions I had about the system. He's there to do a job and does it very well. Would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling on him for followup visits.

Went great from start to finish. Brian also recommended better filters for our system. He ordered them for us and came back out. He had to adjust them to make them fit and then he installed them at no extra charge. Most company do not do that and if they do it is a charge for it.

Was able to schedule an appointment within days of my calling. Brian quoted me high and low prices, which were within 20 dollars of each other. Arrived on time, answered questions as he went along, worked efficiently, and finished within the time framework he'd given us. Solid, professional work.

I found this company on Angie's List and it was rated very well; for good reason. Brian was prompt, looked over the duct system, set up and got to work. He explained what he was doing, had all the appropriate equipment to do the job, and showed a dedication to doing the job right the first time. I didn't know what to expect as I had never done this before. I learned a lot from Brian. He's very friendly and knows what he's doing. I think I've found the only company I would call for this job in the future.

He arrived on time and with a smile. He worked quickly and thoroughly which was great because my husband worked a night shift prior and needed to get some rest! We've noticed a definite improvement of the air quality in our house.

I called for an estimate, and he told me it would be between $179- $209, depending on the number of vents, plus $30 for the dryer. He arrived right on time and worked efficiently and neatly. I asked him a few questions as he was working, and he explained everything very well. He was impressed with the air filters I was using (3M Filtrete High Performance), and told me I wouldn't need my ducts cleaned again for five years if I kept buying those filters. He let me go up on his ladder to see the heating/cooling unit in the attic. He told me some companies would try to tell me the coils in the unit would need periodic cleaning, but that wasn't true since they are self-cleaning. He finished a bit quicker than the three hours he estimated, and the total charge was $199 + $30 for the dryer. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who didn't try to sell me extras or charge me more than the estimate or tell me I would need work again sooner than necessary. I was very pleased!

Excellent! He arrived right on time. He worked hard, made very little mess and even cleaned that up when he was done. He didn't try to up sell me anything, and said I wouldn't need them cleaned for another 3 years. And in 3 years, I will be calling them back to do the job again. My air conditioner works better and I've noticed less dust on the furniture.

Excellent job. Brian was polite, hard working, and thorough. He spent considerable time doing the job (which is way preferable to contractors who are in and out in a hurry) and didn't try to sell me unneeded services. His fee turned out to be less than the estimate! I really like the fact that his business is owner operated--In my experience, an owner is often more likely to do a good job than an employee. I recommend All Ducts highly.

Brian was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and informative. He described the work he was going to do and the steps he was taking prior to doing them. Once the ducts were cleaned, the remnants were cleaned and vacuumed. Not a trace was left that he had been here. The work was in fact done at less than the quote over the phone.
