Brian was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He did the job he promised, when he promised it, for the price promised. He also explained what he was doing as he went along.

Brian is the ultimate professional. He was punctual, precise and cared for my home as if it were his. In addition, the price quoted was the price paid! How refreshing to find a contractor that is as good as his word!

Brian arrived right on time and promptly set out cleaning our vents and main return. He also sprayed the sanitizer spray to kill any bad bacteria that might be lurking in the vents. What really convinced my husband was when Brian showed him what had come out of the dryer vent. The dryer has dried clothes so much faster now, and the air in our house smells so much better now too. Brian was polite and professional, and kind to our dogs (who were intent on "helping"). This was our second experience with Brian's work (first time was for our rental), and we have been impressed both times.

Brian came out the same day I contacted him to clean the dryer vent. He was reasonably priced, was professional and very informative. He also went the extra mile and fixed my dryer vent cover located on the roof. I would have never known this was broken until he advised me about it. Great job. Explained process. Answered all questions honestly. Didn't attempt to give me a service I didn't need. Most important was communication. He had to change the time of the appointment and called with ample notice. Then called when he was on his way. I wasn't left wondering if he was going to show up or was going to be really late.

Brian cleaned and sanitized all the vents and replaced my filters, he brushed each vent off individually as well as cleaned each duct. Great Job!

Brian arrived 15 minutes early. Completed service in approximately 45 minutes. He cleaned the dryer vent from the laundry room first. That produced a lint ball about the size of 4 footballs. He then vacuumed that up, and hooked suction to the dryer vent. Went up on the roof, and pushed any remaining lint down, and suctioned up. He was courteous, professional and neat.

Brian was on time even to the extent he called to ask if he could come a little early. He quoted a dryer vent cleaning would cost 79.00 and if we wanted we could have the whole house vents cleaned for 189.00 which also included the dryer vent. Having an older home (single story) and never done this before we opted to get "the works". He took great care in removing all the vent plates and any furniture or pictures that were in his way. When he showed me the dirty filter in his machine I was glad I had all the vents clean. The dryer vent was another story. For years the dryer took waaaay to long to dry the clothes. I even moved the dryer vent and grabbed a plastic shopping bag full of lint from the pipe in the wall. but this was little help. But once he started up his power vac (not your usual shop vac) it at first took some time. The lint was packed in there pretty good. But the lint soon gave way and he was done in about 30 mins. Total time was about 2 1/2 hrs to complete the job. The dryer now gets even the heaviest of our towels dry in record time. Well worth the money spent.

Brian was very professional and considerate, he was on time, very careful when removing vents and also cleaned each individual vent before putting them back. Overall - Great. Brian was very prompt, professional and courteous. He gave me an estimate over the phone and price quote. He called me upon his arrival and after the job was completed. The filters were not installed only because they had not been made yet. I received my filters a week later. Brian kept me informed about everything.

Its was Great working with Mr Burt. He said he would arrive at 9 and wasn't a minute late. He didn't stop working until it was done. made sure everything was done correctly. cleaned and taught me about the system and what filters to use. An overall A plus plus job, I would highly recommend.

A true professional in every sense! Mr. Burt (the owner and operator) provided me a cost and time estimate over the phone which was "right on".He arrived on time and never took a break until all work was completed. He was very careful and meticulous and never rushed to finish nor "cut corners". He removed all vent covers and carefully used a brush on each inside. He then blocked all openings except one to which he attached a huge vacuum. He then reversed the process.After replacing the filters he followed the same procedure on the dryer vent even going on the roof to insure there were no obstructions.He cleaned all items as he went along as well as a general going over afterwards. I will never use anyone else.

I really waited way too long to have my dryer vent cleaned. I probably spent much more on electric bills trying to get my clothes dry than it cost to have the vent cleaned and we could have had a vent fire as the lint was dry and packed in through the whole vent. Brian was very professional, took the time needed to get the vent totally cleaned out. Definitely will have him clean it when needed again. I really appreciated that he cleaned up after himself.

It went very well. Brian explained with great detail how dusty everything was and cleaned everything thoroughly. Not only was he efficient, but also gave great tips on which filters to use and how often the ducts need to be cleaned. His price was right most of all! His cost is 1/3 of the other companies I called doing the same exact service.
