Brian was very nice, professional, punctual, honest, thorough, and clean. As soon as i called, he called me back and gave me an accurate estimate. I live on the first floor of a 3 story condo. He had to go on the roof to do most of the job. He alerted me to the fact that the pipe inside the wall leading my my dryer and condo to the exterior vent of the building was bent and would likely cause more problems and frequent clogs. I felt he went above and beyond, especially for only $79. There was no mess or dust when he left. I wanted to find someone reputable after seeing a ripoff report on vent cleaners on dateline or 20/20. I highly recommend him.

The guy was really honest and told me that I could wait 4-5 years to have them cleaned again. He was fabulous, nice, and professional. He left everything immaculate. I can't praise him highly enough.

He explains everything to me and he's nice. I will use his services again in the future.

Brian Burt did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived at the scheduled time, explained what the job entailed and got to it.. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. When he completed all the work he showed us a picture of the aftermath of a dryer vent fire. It was really very frieghtening. By not spending a few bucks to clean the dryer vent the resulting fire damage was horrific. If you don't do anything else with Brian get your dryer vent cleaned.........at $79.00 it is cheap insurance. It is $30.00 if you have you duct work cleaned. I highly recommend Brian Burt.

From start to finish it was a quality job. He arrived on time and started quickly. He cleaned up and finished in a timly manor.

The owner and operator arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do. Finished the job without incident. Bill matched the phone estimate. I was very pleased with his work and it was quite reasonable.

I'm having some pest control issues, which is why I decided to have the air duct system cleaned. Brian arrived promptly, and did his work efficiently. At first, I didn't really feel confident that he would do a good job, but he turned out to be extremely professional. Every time I saw something extra that needed to be done, he was already on top of it. He cleaned all the out-blowing air ducts, plus the air intake vents (at my request), then applied a light disinfectant inside the ducts. We were having trouble fitting an air filter into the ceiling opening, and he showed us how to overcome the problem. Next, he cleaned the laundry dryer vent, and sucked all the dirt out of the vent system. He vacuumed up dirt behind the dryer, and cleaned the lint filter inside the dryer. He left no trace of being here, and cleaned up after himself the whole way! The price of $159 was reasonable, considering that this is an expensive service. One minor complaint. He forgot to mention over the phone that cleaning the dryer vent would be extra. But it was certainly worth the extra $30. Total paid was $189. And he was here approximately 90 minutes. I would definitely use Brian again, and I'm glad I found positive reviews about him on Angies List!

He was very neat and made sure that the job was done very well. He was very efficient and worked nonstop. He was outstanding and was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. He also patiently answered all my question.

I called Brian at 260-4488 initially just to set up a visit to get an estimate for our air duct cleaning. I left a message and received a call back within an hour of my call. Brian asked the size of my house, single or 2 story, etc. and gave me a price quote over the phone. That price was set. No changes or up charges were added once he performed the work. Brian was punctual, professional, clean, and friendly. He spoke with my husband who was home at the time, explained what he was doing, and went over all the results. He told us our vents were not too bad - about a 3 or 4 on a scale of 1-10 which I appreciated. He could have said they were in terrible condition and tried to charge more. Brian struck me as a man of integrity. He was completed with everything within the 2 hour timeframe he gave and the estimate of $159 was what we paid. He gave us info pertaining to our air filter. We had a permanent filter that was no longer any good He informed us of the utility bill savings. My wife has asthma and he informed us about the best filter for our condition. Hire him. He is very reasonable and does a professional job without ripping you off.

He showed up on time and did a thorough cleaning job. Very nice. When I asked about our dryer vent and told him we had gotten a new dryer and it was taking longer than I thought to dry, he came by our house and checked the vent and would not take any money. Will have him do both homes again when needed.

Using Angie's List, looked for a top quality Air Duct Cleaning service with good ratings. Spoke with Brian Burt, who was very easy to converse with , explained all details from beginning to end, seemed enthusiastic about the work he preforms. We've set up an appt on Jan 21 for services. Will glady report back to confirm service ratings, but thus far his professionalism has impressed me enough to hire him for this job.

They were very prompt and did a lot of work for the $200. They were there for 4 hours. They did a good job. They quoted the price over the phone and they stuck to it without even seeing the house, which was good. They asked me how big the house was and how many air conditioning and furnace units I had. I haven't seen the house myself but my son is a real critic. They showed up right on time.

The job was wonderful. The owner is Brian and he came and did the work himself. They didn't try to sell me anything else. The price he quoted over the phone was the price he charged. He was extremely professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself.

Called Brian after seeing him on Angie's list. We scheduled a date and time and he called me to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time and went right to work on cleaning my dryer vent and did a really thorough inspection as well. He really knows his stuff! Brian was punctual, clean, and spoke with my wife for the better part of the time he was here. He gave us advice on the type of filters we were using and the filter he would recommend. Brian was honest and let us know on a scale of 1 to 10 how dirty our system was. I really did appreciate this because of all the reports aout how these services can cost more. I don't think all of the comments I have read could do this guy justice. If you want your ducts cleaned USE THIS GUY and look no further. Brian is without a doubt the most professional contractor to service our home.

Honest man, telling us we don't need this done yearly as we originally thought. He suggested better filters to use, which we immediately went out and bought. I was sneezing everytime I walked into my house. I called Brian after reading his excellent reviews. He was at our house on time within days after contacting him. His phone estimate was exactly what he ended up charging, so he really knows his business. He worked for hours, and was could not have been more professional.
