I appreciated the prompt and efficient service I received the level of knowledge they had and promise that if they could not fix the problem I would not be charged anything. However because the solution to my problem involves a simple unplugging and replugging in of my chords I felt it would have been more fair to charge a little less than the 75 dollar charge they did.
