Very professional, very respectful of your property, prompt arrival, notice, and photo of the technician coming to do the work sent to your phone. Clean up after work is completed. Consistently comes in at quotes provided by the company before any work is done.

Joe was the inspector for our home electrical problems. He was a great employee and explained every thing to me. Ben was the repairman and did an excellent or performing the repairs and and explaining was going on. Both were very professional. I think they are great employees to have for the company they work for.

This is the third time Iâ ve used Happy Outlet. They are efficient and friendly; they aim to satisfy the customer. We had 5 smoke detectors installed and one kept going off. Ryan came out and replaced it the day I called. I like service like that!
