Work has been scheduled for when I am back here in Reno. I have worked with Happy Outlet for the past 4 years and am always pleased by the work Ryan the electrician has completed for me over the years. I joined their team and as a member I receive yearly free check ups on my electrical. I truly cherish their honesty and explanations on issues. In the office I prefer to work with Jessica who is always pleasant and works with my scheduling needs.

Had a 56 year old fuse box in my bedroom closet!! Would have never known had it not been for the efficiency of the employees! I should probably be thanking them for my life. They were thorough, competent, explained everything in detail that was understood. In addition they told us all our options, what we could do now, later or in order of importance. We choose (because of their knowledge) to do the most urgent thing first (new smoke detectors). Next they are going to update our electrical panel to todays standards. Not only making our home safer, but increasing our homes value.
