Technicians, David and Luis were friendly. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They replaced some light fixtures and smoke detectors for me. They did their complimentary Home Safety Inspection and took care of some small things that needed tightening up. They helped me with any questions I had. Even the next day I had a question for Them and they called me back and answered what I needed.

Jack arrived right on time, evaluated the site, and determined that placing the fan was possible with an electrical outlet. Jack was friendly and professional and the cleanup was very thorough.

Phone representative was extremely pleasant and helpful. If their electrician is as good as she was I will be very pleased.

I needed a simple outlet replacement, they charge a service call of $160 to come and look at it. How much my husband says $169. They put a light plate and charged an additional amount and it brought the total to $269. I had to call them back within a couple of days to do the job correctly and that is when he put a plate into the socket and then he fits the electric socket, he apologize but stated that wasn't the problem and that we needed a new electric panel. He then set off the breaker panel and said that it wouldn't work and my husband pushed a panel button back and everything came back on so I consider that last visit from happy outlet to be dishonest and not a happy customer.

Jacked arrived promptly at 7:00 am and started working immediately. He worked all day in the heat replacing our electrical panel. He took a 25 minute lunch break and began to work again. He is a hard dedicated worker and knew what he was doing. The panel worked flawlessly and everything in the house started right up. Thanks Jack!

THE HAPPY OUTLET IS A FANTASTIC COMPANY. JACK TOOK CONTROL OF THE SITUATION, EXPLAINED AND SHOWED US THE PROBLEMS, THEN TOOK THE JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO MAKE ANY OTHER APPOINTMENTS OR DO ANYTHING BUT SIT BACK, RELAX AND WAIT FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, KNOWING JACK WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. THIS JOB WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND JACK STAYED LONG AFTER 5 PM TO GET THE JOB DONE. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY LUCKY TO HAVE JACK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HAPPY OUTLET FOR PROMPT AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND JACK HAY, A TOTALLY AWESOME, KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE TECH! IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD! Dave and his journeyman installed a small chandelier in my bedroom above the bed, the wires had broken off and they were able to splice wires together and hang the fixture. They completed the job in no time and the fixture is secure . I’m pleased with the work done.

David was able to fix a ceiling fan in 5 minutes. Three other electricians had looked at it an were not able to fix it.

They were VERY costly, but did a good job. It cost me $1900 for 2 electricians for 5 hours, which seems high to me.

When I was told that my bathroom fan would be replaced, I figured it would be the whole thing - fan assembly and enclosure. All that got replaced was the fan assembly, not the old enclosure. I guess he could have explained a little bit better what "replacing the fan" really meant.
