A little expensive but good work.

I had a problem with a GFI circuit repaired in May, experienced another problem in Oct and they came out to service it without imposing the standard base fee since work was to repair same problem.

If all the employees of The Happy Outlet are like David Grinnell, whom provided my service, I don't see how any consumer can go wrong with this company. Very pleased with the service and results.

If you need a real professional electrician company. And want to have the best most professional electricians that happen to accept any job whether it is a repair an addition or new installation or even just a walk through inspection to put you mind at ease this is the company for you. David and his apprentice came into my home and addressed and diagnosed the issues I was having in a very timely matter. David was also very patient with his apprentice going through all the steps to repairing the panel and the outlets in question making sure the job was very safe all while also teaching I am and was very impressed. When the job was through, everything that was repaired was also explained to me of what they found in detail. David and myself also discussed new proposals of possible future repairs to my home as part of the whole home safety check . I could probably continue how at ease David made me feel with his profession courtesy great work guys you made my wife's day thank you very much I really hope to be able to address some of the things if not all the things that you and I discussed .

Dave was professional, provided suggestions on lighting in the room I needed a new light in. He also did an inspection of the electrical in our house. He was thorough. He installed a new light in my room and cleaned it and left it as it was when he came. He knew what he was doing and I would hire this company again.

Value of money, I don't know what the hour rate is for other companies.

They were thorough and explained everything which proved valuable since my circuit breaker box is different in this house. They were very helpful in positioning the fans exactly the way I wanted them.

If you want your job done quickly. They called me at 10:00am for a 10:30 appointment. My install was done about 12:30 pm. Great customer service.

Happy Outlet's has better customer service than any vendor I have worked with in several years. They are fully automated and have regular comunications, phone calls to confirm appointments, and a text with a photo of the individual coming to your home. Very through, clean and alway quote a single price before beginning work. Pricing is not the lowest, but you get excellent quality service, making it a good value.

The total experience with this company was awesome. I will definitely hire them again and again.

This company is very pricey I paid $254 for two hours and no repairs so I am OK with it but I’m not exceptionally happy.

The pre-visit info from Happy Outlet was extraordinary. Emails and messages to ensure I was ready and others to let me know the electrician was on his way and his ETA. Very glad that he came early in the morning because a line had to be strung in the attic. Very good job of project clean up.

Although they were not able to help us with our project themselves (we are a commercial facility needing a much greater amperage upgrade than they are able to perform) they were very responsive and helped us by referring us to a company that does commercial service upgrades.

They did good on fixing my electrical problem and explained very well on everything about my electrical issue. Good job!
