Here's how my experience with Neal Driscoll transpired; draw your own conclusion. I saw his ad in a local paper in Sun City; it said "no job too small" and "always on time." I was looking for a handyman I could call when when issues arose. I set up an appointment with him; I needed a hard-wired smoke detector capped off. His ad said "plumbing and electrical services." He called the morning of the appointment and said his back went out on a job and could we make it the next day same time. I said OK. The next day I wait. He's a no show. Two hours later he calls and says that he's in the neighborhood and could he come over. I later find out that his business address is less than 3 miles from my house. I also find out that he advertises through St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in the neighborhood. Draw your own conclusion . . . .
