 + -1 moreThe technician knew only the basics and wasn't able to explain how or possibly why my internet WiFi kept dropping. To be perfectly honest the guy probably didn't know much more than what he was taught on the job watching other people and quot;fixand quot; problems. I seriously doubt Suddenlink put the poor guy through any training they simply gave him a tool belt and a truck and kicked him out into the world. With the unusually high monthly bill I pay to have mere ADSL in 2014 I would expect technicians who show up at a specific time (not between (8 and noon) I would also expect them to be trained professionals. I live in Clovis, NM so I can't ask for too much, if this was Clovis, CA then that would be a different story.
Description of Work: Suddenlink sent a technician out to my house to determine why my internet WiFi signal kept dropping.

 + -1 moreNot so great, first the online pay was not working again, then when we tried to get it fixed a technician decided to talk about his personal life with someone and ignore me. Second the price for the internet is overpriced but I guess Suddenlink has this area under its control because there are only two internet providers. Other people I know in other areas pay half of what we pay for just internet. But I also don't see this town changing its ways ever!
Description of Work: Nothing just wanted to pay my bill.

Description of Work: I was living with my son,andpreparing to move into a trailer park...Sudddenlink was here adding TIVO to his system. I talked to the person, Carmen, and told him I would be needing service when I moved. He gave me his card and told me to call him. He stopped by with all the information I needed, suggesting what I may need,and gave me the total it would cost a month, Called everything in, set up a date to install the internet and HD movie system.. Came back, on time,worked ,and was very efficient.and fast. He was even training another employee. Went over all the paperwork with me to make sure I understood how to use everything.Told me to call him if I had any questions..Left me another card in case I had misplaced the other one.I like that you don't have to sign a contract...I was very impressed with service and skill and knowledge of employee sent to hook it all up. I highly reccomend them to anyone needing internet/tv service....
