Merry Maids of Roswell

1) Did not dust (as stated in contract) 2) Dusting was mediocre even after "readjustment" 3) Showed up at wrong time even after I had called the day before to confirm time 4) Received follow-up call that was meant for another client 5) Hardwood and tile floors were NOT clean. I t hink they used the same water for my entire home. It seems to me that they are having trouble keeping up with demand. Christina, one of the managers, told me that they receive a great deal of "free advertising" because of the name/address confusion with another cleaning service. The team which was assigned to my home were either exhausted (they ccomplained to me) if they came mid-day or in a hurry to get to their next job if I was their first home. Management personnel are unqualified and respond to client feedback with excuses and hostile defensiveness.
