First Impression: Not dressed professionally. The office staff looks like they just got out of bed with their sweats on.
Screwed up referrals a few times. One of which, I waited a month to see the specialist and the specialist wasn't able to perform any services because the referral was incorrect. They need to focus on quality in their work. A couple of times I was volleyed back and forth between a specialist and their office on insurance stuff. Then they realized there was more they needed to do with my insurance. My insurance isn't a mystery. Again, quality.
I was waiting for an apt for 1:45 minutes when I hear one of the reception people say, "oh, s***." I'm guessing they forgot about me. Swearing in a peds office? Come on. The doctors said they were short staffed, but the staff blamed it on the doctors. The staff is always just chit chatting when I am there. The staff seems immature and always have an excuse. They have always just "stepped out."
The doctor is great, but I have given a lot of chances for it to work. Moving on.

The doctor is very friendly and she gave her cell phone number to contact in case you need anything. Her staffs also are real friendly and professional. Overall, I can say that the job went well the last time we went there.

I appreciate that he treats me, as a parent, with respect and takes my questions seriously. I am writing this not just because of our recent visit, but because Tim has been our family pediatrician for 17 years.  We love him and trust his judgement.  He has been just terrific for my kids over the years, and my kids won't stop seeing him until they are too old to go to a pediatrician anymore.Over the years his staff have changed a bit, sometimes for worse, sometimes for better, but they have always been pretty competant, and right now he has a good team.

I took my son in for a visit. The nurse came in and stated thet because of his symptoms we should test for swine flu (during the time of the outbreak) This alarmed me so I agreed. I did ask if there would be an additional charge. She told me that the insurance would cover it. They completed the test and it was negative. Two months later I get a bill for $55 for two flu tests. On another date I tried to get a perscription from them for my sons ADHD. I got to the office and they had decided to close early which I guess they do on a regular basis. I looked inside and saw three people sitting at the desk and they were talking and laughing. I knocked on the window so that I could just get his script. They immediately turned off the lights and hid!!!!! How juvanile!!!! I then called the office just to let them know that all I wanted to do was to pick up his script so that I could get his pills. Of course they did not pick up so I left the message on the answering machine so they could hear. They still would not help me. What was worse is that they keept peeking to see if I was gone. They finally realized I saw them peeking and came to the door. I tried to explain that I really needed the script because my sons meds would not last thruogh the weekend and that I had called it in to them 3 days ealier. They said that the script was not ready and that the doctor had not been able to get to it. I left and came back on Monday when they were open. I spoke to their "Office Manager" (The doctors wife) and told them what happened. She said they were scared of me because I kept knocking on the window. She said that maybe I should take my son somewhere else I told her that was already a done deal because of the true unprofessionalism of the staff but that I did need the script for my sons meds because we ran out and I did not have any for him. She said sure and went to the front office to get the script. She handed it to me and I left. When I got into the car I notices that the script she had given me was signed and dated on the day I called it in!!!!!!!!!!!! So not only did the satff act like 5 year olds and hide but they also lied about something VERY important like a script that needed to be taken regularly for his behavioral issues. Who is the child here? Too bad this doctor cant choose a staff that will keep his patients. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
