My date & time did not get relayed by Kirby, the owner, to an installer so he could show up as promised... .When they didn't show up after over an hour I called & told it wasn't set up but Kyle got it on the phone & found an installer. When the installer came he didn't know I wanted the wafer board replaced & didn't have the material needed, it was late so I told him to go ahead with what he had. the job was done well but not as I ordered.  It was after 9 pm when he finished & I had to cancel an appointment set a month earlier for the next month.  Kirby did not do his part of the arrangements & listen to what I wanted done. Bryan the installer done an excellent job I would use him again.

Great. Go in and talk to them, look over products then schedule a time for them to measure and to do an estimate. They are very professional and extremely knowledgable.

The whole process went very smooth.  They offered to come out and measure for free.  Once we had the estimate we gave a deposit & everything was installed very soon.  We are thrilled with the way they do business.  They allowed us to return extras which was nice to not have extra "worthless" project casulaties wasted.  We also got free financing.

We went to Stone Mountain Flooring (now the Floor Trader) because we had seen their advertisement for artificial grass. With the lack and price of water, we didn't want grass that we'd have to water constantly. The Mortensens were very knowledgeable about their products and much better than the big box stores. They have at least a dozen different brands and types of grass for every budget. Because we were only doing a 15' x 18' square, we went with a higher end variety. Sonny was excellent. We wanted to install it ourselves but he provided all the things and knowledge we needed for it (we paid, of course, for the extra supplies) and showed us how to install it. It took all Saturday morning with a few friends but it went in nicely. They will also install it completely for you if you like, which would probably be much faster than doing it ourselves but we liked it. They also rent a grass vacuum thing which fluffs your grass up. Works beautifully and keeps your grass looking new. We've had the grass almost two years and it still looks as good as when we put it in. When we replace the carpet in our house, we're definitely going back to them. Excellent products and excellent service.
