It went very well.  From my first visit to their showroom to actual installation, I was treated like a valued customer.  As noted in another of my posts, I'm inexperienced in the "home improvement" arena.  I have never chosen window covers and have just lived with what was already there where ever I've lived.  Nancy was very patient with me, answering any and all questions over and over if necessary.  Jeff exudes respect, honesty, confidence, and professionalism.  I am pleased after eight-plus months with the plantation shutters installed on five windows, ODLs installed on French doors, and the roll shade in the kitchen.  Last month I had a problem while doing the recommended exercising of the shades in the ODLs.  I called Nancy immediately and was assured I'd get the help I needed.  She scheduled an appointment and Jeff was his usual pleasant, prompt, efficient self in remedying the problem.  I was so insecure about all the decisions I had to make to make this place livable and am so grateful an acquaintance recommended Budget Blinds.  You may find cheaper products, but I firmly believe in and value service.  You will get quality service and product from Nancy, Jeff, and their crew.
