I was happy that they were very honest about the condition of the motor and reviewed the options with me I opted not to have any work done to the car but would like to say that the shop owners were very kind and did not charge me It came as a huge relief to me because I had been under quite a bit of financial distress due to family medical emergencies

He's reasonably priced, and if there's something he can't do he will always refer us to great provider. He's personable and cares about his customers. He always gives a fair price and stands by his work. He gives single moms free oil changes, he and his wife are great all around people.

The owner, Don, and his crew were thorough, honest and took care to make my work a job-well-done. I think I've now found a shop that'll be my go-to for vehicle and RV maintenance and repairs! That doesn't happen everyday! Thanks Don.

It went very well. Don was available immediately upon our arrival, checked the hood latch, fixed it, oiled it and did not charge me anything. I had never been there before but would certainly go back without hesitation!

I took my 1996 Pontiac firebird into east mountain auto and rv, whom I used in the past. I was told that a magnet on the inside of the engine had broken and fallen into the crank case. Don himself told me it would be around $400 for parts and $2,000 in labor, and that when they opened the engine that it could damage fuel pumps or seals, driving the cost even higher.I ended up waiting as I was still in high school and didn't yet have a job. It took about a year and I had saved some money and decided to take the car to my high school shop where I could avoid labor costs all around. My shop teacher ran a diagnostic and told me the next day it was an ignition module. It costed me $110 and it took 15 minutes to put on.

All good. This was not even his specialty, but he helped us anyway. We highly recommend his shop!

Pleasant experience. He was professional yet thorough in his explanations. He did not recommend more than what was necessary and the cost was reasonable. No surprises.

When you go in it's like going to see a friend. If you need any work done on a car, truck, or RV I would take to East Mountian for repairs.

Don is always very friendly, informative, honest and helpful. For this visit in particular Don (and I) only thought the car was in need of an oil change but at the last minute the wife also wanted a spin balance and rotation to be done. The shop was quite busy that day but Don kindly sorted everything out in a very timely manner!

The service I needed to have completed was estimated. After I agreed to the service it was completed on the day and time promised. I have confidence in the work that was done on my RV. I appreciated the extra time they spent in answering some of my questions regarding battery maintenance and use of the generator.

Identified the cylinder head as the problem. Flushed the contaminated oil from the system. took time to perform the smaller details that other service providers often miss. Kept me informed of the problems and costs at each stage. Very helpful and concerned people, who take the time to go the extra mile.

He did a great job! No complaints at all and they're all very friendly which is a huge bonus.

We have used this shop for over a year on 4 different vehicles. They fixed my dad's engine while he was on vacation visiting us. They were very kind and understanding and helpful when my dad was in a stressful situation. They won MAJOR points with me on how they handled that situation! They were able to diagnose a water pump issue that another mechanic had told me was just the car "aging". They diagnosed and fixed a power steering fluid issue that nobody else seemed to understand. They gave me a great referral when we needed a bumper fixed. They have done oil changes and told me what could wait if money was tight. They even offered to show me how to replace the air filter so I could save money! They also helped us arrange towing and donation of a car that the engine had died...and actually seemed to grieve with us that we had to replace that car. They gave us their opinion on what cars seem to last longest in our rural area. Great explanations and communication!

Don and his staff are absolute professionals who can be trusted to do the work requested.

They did everything that I asked them to do and they did it promptly. I would use them again. They were very conscientious. They could not do one repair but they were able to locate someone for me that could. They have gone above and beyond my expectations.

The service was okay but the price was high. We agreed to have the oil change and they did additional work that we did not ask them to do and they did charge for that. I would not recommend them for service.

I have used them many times and have absolutely no complaints.

The service has been wonderful. They work very hard to be customer pleasers. The prices do occasionally seem to be high but they do give a follow up visit to check out the work. They are up front with you about the price and the work. This is the only place that I will go to and I do drive 26 miles to get to them. I have been a customer of theirs for about 10 years.

They were able to give us a name and number of a provider that could help as we have a fifth wheel RV. We were very satisfied with the provider that they gave, they were very helpful.

Everything seems to be fine. They are really nice to work with and they do a good job.

Good. They picked us up at our house and brought us to their shop to pick up our repaired pickup.
