AKA called ahead twice to confirm our appointment date and time and to ask about the nature of our electrical problem. Abran showed up bright and early at 8 am, right on the appointed time. He brought with him all supplies and parts that he thought he might need to repair a burned out ceiling fixture in our kitchen. He worked efficiently, was personally pleasant, and finished the job within a half hour. It was a pleasant experience.
