We had had the company replace 4 windows several months ago. This job was to replace 3 more, one of which was in a fairly complex location. All 7 of the windows had to be replaced because they had wooden exterior framing, the sills had had moisture penetration over the years and thus had rotted away (we bought the house recently). With respect to one of the windows completed today, there was a risk of having to do extensive intrusion into the interior wall, which has a surface treatment that would be difficult and expensive to repair and replicate, but ways were identified to work around that resulting in no intrusion whatsoever. In both job experiences, we found the entire process extremely satisfactory. The people themselves - this essentially is a family business - are very pleasant, professional and responsive. Too, it is evident that they care about doing a careful job and take pride in their work, which we find to be increasingly rare traits as time goes by. The end result is excellent. My sense also is that if we were ever to have a problem with any of the installations in the future, their response would be prompt and professional. I would recommend these folks to anyone and happily work with them again. Kudos on jobs very well done!

From estimate to completion, they were professional, on time, courteous, and helpful. Their work was excellent and when it comes to Hurd doors and windows, the owner Sam is the best with over 30 years of experience. His wife who runs the business from the office can be a bit tough to deal with, but in the end, she is professional and fair.

From my first phone call to job finish we have been very impressed. The crew showed up on time, and were very efficient and friendly and the job was completed not only quickly but to my satisfaction. They put back furniture and plants and cleaned up after themselves. They also carefully handled a tricky situation with replacing windows in a home with cats and dogs.

See above. We would never use this company again. Additionally, the owner's wife, who handles customer service, was defensive, accusatory and abrasive when questioned about the lack of guarantee and the high cost. When I went to watch the work in progress, the provider acted annoyed that I was watching him. He stopped what he was doing, turned to me and said, and quot;Yeah?and quot;

I found a small window in my enclosed patio had broken--it was crinkled all over. I called and discussed the approximate details--size, double pane etc. I received an approximate estimate by phone. Sam came soon after to keep an appointment to measure the window. The cost was very close to the estimate. I put down a deposit. Contracts, which I signed and returned, were e-mailed to me. I was told it would take two weeks, but the unit arrived earlier. An appointment was made and the installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. They did not leave me with a mess which I really appreciated. I paid when the job was finished and am very happy with the whole experience. Since it is a really short, long window near the roof, I was afraid I would have to pay a lot more for a complete job, but this company did not gouge on price. They did not turn up their nose at a small job either. All the individuals I dealt with were very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. Because I was traveling a lot while the repairs were underway, there was a need for much coordination between Window Service Corp and I. They were diligent in their communication with me and their serfvice personnel were always on time. Moreover, I believe that the work performed and their follow through were exceptional.

Our home was equipped with Hurd double-pane low-E windows when it was built in 1988. In 2010 Window Service Corporation replaced four windows that had been damaged by 22 years of intense south sunlight, plus four screens that were showing wear and tear. Hurd windows and screens are relatively costly. Window Service Corporation's service was prompt, professional and completely satisfactory.

The approx 4'X5and quot; picture window (not a WSC window) cracked shortly after installation. WSC was contacted to install the replacement window after it was built from the manufacturer. Winter storms moved into the area and we were very eager to get the window replaced. WSC came out quickly, in freezing cold weather and installed the new window. The two installers, sons of the owner were professional and friendly. They quickly replaced the new window and cleaned up without being asked. The took measures to protect the new granite and new hardwood floors, again, without being asked. Our contractor paid for the installation so I can't comment about price.

They had to pull out my old doors and windows that were leaking and they broke away the stucco and wire around my doors and windows, then removed the old door and window. They properly installed the new doors and windows making sure each unit was properly square and plumb as well operating perfectly. On one door they had to actually cut the header two inches to make the new door work. They were very careful and marked off the work area to not get dust all over the house. They insulated and sealed all doors and windows perfectly. Then they wrapped the doors and windows with a special product designed to make sure that the stucco does not penetrate the doors or windows. The job was perfect and I am highly impressed. One other note, n the estimate day, Sam was running a few minutes late, he called to alert me of his being late, this is rare these days and much appreciated.
