I called four times just to get a commitment for an estimate for carpet cleaning! Twice they didn't even return my calls. Once the appointment was booked (on a Friday, booked with the owner), Monday morning rolls around and no one shows up!!!! I call to find out if they are coming, and I get offered a voicemail. I leave a message and no one calls. I call back to ask for the owner. Again, I'm offered a voicemail. I leave a message and no one calls back. I rearranged my whole morning to be here for the estimate that never happened. This company is completely disorganized and unresponsive. I would never call them again.
Description of Work: I paid $100 for a coupon at a charity event silent auction for carpet cleaning from this company. I tried to get this company to get my carpet cleaned in my whole house. I have tried 4 times to get them to just come and get an estimate and they just blow me off.
