Thomas the owner was very polite and gave the impression that he was knowledgeable on the initial call soI went with him because it was an emergency and I didn’t have time to do more thorough research. did get an extraction team out as soon as possible so that’s the reason I am giving them a D instead of an F. Everything that followed getting the initial water out is rated an F.
